Pentel Arts Krazy Pop Iridescent Gel Pen, (1.0mm) Bold Line, Assorted Ink, Pack of 4 (K91PABP4M3)

Im a 60yr old man who never writes reviews but owed it to Pentel for these Amazing Krazy Pop's!I do a lot of writing, card making ,drawing in general and wanted some nice glitter & colored pens. First I bought the •Zebra/Doodlers...they were really nice, 60ct, glitter was decent, colors strong, but had trouble with a few colors feeling scratchy & a little weak in coverage! Still a good buy and a 60ct!...score/4.5!• Pilot G2/ 1.0mm...Really nice and buttery except for orange very faint & Lime didn't work at all! Disappointed with the two, orange & lime! Score...3!•Pentel EnerGel RTX...were really nice with 30 vibrant colors, wrote smooth with no skips, and packaged nicely but at 0.7mm line, I personally prefer a heavier line but took a chance line would look thicker! If you like a 0.7 line, Score...4.5+• Paper Mate/ Profile Ball 1.4...12 colors, very smooth writting pencolors decent,but again orange & lime green were faint & weak! Score...3.0!Arteza 60ct...nice glitter, vibrant colors! Pen caps were truly difficult to remove and I'm no weenie and read that in a number of reviews and really didn't believe it was true...TRUE! Score...4.3•"Color it" 48ct...colors very vibrant,glitter strong, also came with 48 refills and a really nice case and I have plenty of cars and it was really nice, plus the process was under $20! If I had a change it would have been they were a bit heavier but they werent any litter than any of the other pens I wrote about! Score...4.8Buy far for the price,colors, quality,feel, case provided and over all packaging "Color it" is a great buy!Score...4.8Pentel Krazy Pops...4ct!...these baby's felt great in your hands and wrote like a dream & colors beautiful! Score...5 Stars

These pens are amazing. The colors, the glitter, the way it changes color on white and black paper! Worth every penny and more! Will definitely buy again.

The media could not be loaded. Wow these are very pigmented and amazing. I hope there’s more colors.ink is smooth and beautiful I just bought them so I don’t know how long they last but they’re like the chrome eyeshadow that changes color. They’re absolutely beautiful.

These are interesting pens. The inks pigments are a contrasting/different color than the glitter particles suspended in the ink. They write very boldly, and take a little bit longer to dry down compared to other bold gel pens. I imagine it is because the ink itself had to be of a certain viscosity in order for the contrasting glitter effect to work.I have definite favorites within this pack: the Yellow/Green (yellow ink with green glitter) and the Blue/Yellow (blue ink with yellow glitter). They are all beautiful, especially on black paper: the glitter is truly spectacular in how it sparkles against the light. The ink applies decently well over white-out, but it is somewhat difficult to see when applied over black marker (see photos). The ink flows very smoothly, but the glitter is not suspended in the typical evenness like other glitter gel pens - which is intended, and how the unique effects are achieved.I like these for journaling and for writing in my planner - but with how bold and slow to dry they are, I usually only use these for accents. Coloring and drawing with these over black paper is (in my opinion) their best application.It would be awkward and probably messy to use these for note-taking or any extensive amount of writing. If you go over the same spot a few times and allow the ink to build up, you will see a lot more glitter than just using quick, single passes with the pens.Overall I do quite like these: they are unique, very pretty, and I have found good use for them. The Krazy Pop collection isn't my favorite within Pentel's range, but they're fun to use and can create some really dazzling results.

Great colors !These “Krazy Pop” Pentel Pens with Pentel’s “Sparkle Pop” & “Matte Hop” make a great team for any art projects you may have.I use Pentel “Ener Gel” Liquid Gel RollerBall for the main colors and use these for the “POP” !Great value, ink flow & good smear resistance (I wait a couple minutes and do the little “puff-puff” blow when necessary).

I love these pens. They write well and the colors are so cool. The only negative thing is, they run out of ink quickly. But other than that they are great pens.
