An easier experience than anticipated
Looking at these reviews for display cabinets, you'd think it was a nightmare of an experience to put these together, but lo and behold it's mostly an exaggeration or a lack of trying on their part.I tend to do a lot of research before making a big purchase and so I was very reluctant to just buy any cabinet considering the fact the go-to product from IKEA (the detolf) was no longer produced and the variants on their site was egregiously expensive with their shipping (I unfortunately do not live near enough to a IKEA). Doing said research it quickly seemed like a scary endeavor to make sure the glass was delivered with care and the instructions were understandable enough. I was worried about nothing. At least with this specific product.I received mine exactly a week from when ordered. All parts came in perfectly fine. I had the cabinet taken out of its box and assembled within a hour or so. Honestly expected this to be a 2 hour plus endeavor and it really wasn't. If you pay enough attention to the instructions, it shows you everything you need to do. It wouldn't literally spell it out with text, but if you've done any Lego or Bionicle assembly as a child it's pretty much the same difficulty which is not that bad. Just don't try to rush it and you won't have to back track. I will admit I needed a friend to balance a piece once or twice here and there to screw something in correctly and there was a couple "challenging instances", but again nothing crazy. Everything you need for assembly is in the box. It felt like a simple enough experience overall and I largely did 90% of the work completely by myself. Paying attention to the pictures and slowing down the process of throwing it together is the biggest key here. Also some advice to help make the process easier. I'd grab the bag of bits and screws and preemptively start separating them by their numbers and respective piles. Organizing them like this will do wonders for you, trust me. That's probably partly why people feel so overwhelmed when they do these is they just try to blindly finger thru the bag and figure out which screw is which.I'm very happy with how this turned out and I think the negative opinions of other people on putting these together braced me so much for the task of putting it together that it inversely came out as a brisk nonchalant experience. In a sea of detolf knock offs to be sifted through for the average collector or Warhammer fan without a nearby IKEA, this has my seal of approval.

Great cabinet
I love this modern curio cabinet. It has a great look to it and keeps my Harley Quinn collectibles safe from my cats but I can enjoy looking at them from every angle. It wasnt very difficult to put together and doesn't feel flimsy in any way.

Decent Cabinet for the price.
Nice enough and went together fairly easy.I read the posting about problems with assembly, the only problem I had was interperting the instructions. As usual with Instructions not written in the USA, there is no list of steps just pictures that can be interpreted in different ways. After getting everything straightened out, I started the assembly, the main problem most people has was with the glass... I had no problems. I used Blue Paint Tape to hold things together, all the glass went in easily, the side panels install easy as long as you put the glass in the front of the slot first. The screws fit well, they tightened and didn't strip, as some China Machine Screw do.I was missing one Black Flat Washer.PROS:1) Went together easy enough.2) All the parts fit well.3) Small Circles of material to cover the top bolt holes, nice touch, even though I would like to have had a hard plastic insert.CONS:1) The Instructions are lacking at best.2) Should have been Hard PLastic Inserts to cover the top bolts.3) All Glass edges should have had a plastic strip to cover it up.4) One piece has a small defect, I didn't see it until I was almost done, so it is on the front edge. Will I change it around... someday, maybe !5) The top and bottom pieces of the case were not easy to distinguish between. I had to review each piece before I noticed the extra holes in the bottom for the feet. Could ave used a label to determine "which was which" at first sight.Overall:A nice piece of furniture for the price but with a little refinement it could be far better.I would suggest this Cabinet to a friend.I built a Stand for the Cabinet using 1/2" Pipe 19.5" (See Pictures), it now stands 52.5" high (approximately).Still needs a littl clean up and some LED Lighting !

Take time with assembly
This curio is just as described. Delivery prompt. I just ordered my 3rd one for my doll collection. My husband is a skilled craftsman & the first one was assembled in 2 hrs or so. He does not work w/glass often so it took him a bit longer. The 2nd one went much faster. Assembly is not difficult just take your time. I am very happy with this curio.

Very Difficult to Put Together.
The amazon listing shows that this display cabinet is Bowery Hill brand. However, the packaging actually says it's a Coaster brand display cabinet. The cabinet looks like the picture so I'm not sure what the deal is with the different branding. Part of the reason I'm giving this a one star review is because it's so difficult to put together. You will definitely need two people to do so successfully. One thing to note is that all the glass panels are different sizes. The panels aren't labeled themselves and they aren't labeled in the manual. You will most likely find out you've assembled it wrong halfway through and will have to start over. This is very frustrating. The quality of the display cabinet itself is big-box store at best. Don't expect anything fancy here. This cabinet is very underwhelming.

Nice size
Surprised they came undamaged. Easy to put together. If I had any complaints it would be nice to have 4 shelves not just 3. And a light. But how often do you use the light?

Please label the glass!!!!!
It was fairly easy to put together, but the glass was not labeled, ended up w door on back, had to remove top to access and basically start from beginning! Labeling the glass wld have eleviated that headache! Overall I'd buy again!

Happy with this cabinet purchase.
Seller shipped item very quickly, was surprised when item arrived so fast. Very nice cabinet, heavy glass, not the thin, cheap glass you get with a lot of cabinets. Will buy another one when we need it.
