Autumn Prism: 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 I absolutely love this jelly set. It goes on smoothly and has a crystal-like finish. All of the swatches in the photos had 2 coats, which didn't surprise me for the darker colors but even the yellow was perfect after only two. I feel like sometimes with jelly polishes, they are either too opaque/milky, or way too light and streaky, even with many coats, but this set looks perfect after two, in my opinion. I love the autumn shades, and the bottles are certainly an upgrade from the smaller, black, plastic ones. These are better quality and more durable. As well as slightly larger. Very pleased with the set. Brilliant velvet: 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 As for the 'brilliant velvet' cat eye polish set, while I love the colors and think they are very pretty, I felt like it was difficult to get the cat eye effect. Im not sure if the magnet included just isn't strong enough, or if the gel polish is too thick, but getting the magnetic particles to move around wasnt happening as easily as it should have... or as well as some other brands. It isn't awful or anything, just not quite a 5 star set. Still, considering the price, it wasnt a terrible purchase. Also, this set has the black plastic bottles that I mentioned before. So, lesser quality in that regard.

The Beetles Cat Eye Gel Nail Polish Set has some really beautiful and unique shades. The shimmer and magnetic effect can look amazing when done right, especially under the right lighting. I love the variety in the set, and the polish is long-lasting when used with a good base and top coat. That said, it does take some practice to get the full cat-eye effect. The magnet included could be stronger, and sometimes the design doesn't stay as sharp after curing. Also, the formula is a little thick, so applying thin, even layers is key to avoiding streaks. Overall, it’s a good set for the price, especially if you like experimenting with nail art. Just be patient and give yourself time to get the technique down!

This might be one of my favorite sets from beetles. These colors are gorgeous. True to color I just feel they’re a little more vibrant. There were no leaking bottles in the package and they are perfect consistency. If you use the 3 coats it recommends, the polish is perfectly opaque and has such a beautiful color. I plan to buy another set for a family member! The color from this pack is the one on my middle finger.. and perfectly matches a solid color I have from another pack.
