The tricep ropes in my gym have seen better days—most of them are frayed, worn, and frankly uncomfortable to use. So I decided it was time to get my own. I went with the red and black version so it would stand out from the tired ropes at the gym—no chance of confusion when I pack up and head home. For under £12, it felt like a no-brainer. With Prime delivery, it arrived the very next day, well-packaged and in perfect condition. Straight out of the wrapping, I could tell it was well made. The rope feels durable, the length is standard (identical to the ones at the gym), and it even comes with a carabiner for quick attachment if needed. The comfort level is excellent—no rough edges, and the grips are solid without being harsh on the hands. It’s also fairly lightweight, so it doesn’t add bulk to my gym bag. The metal connection that slides along the rope feels robust and strong, giving me confidence it’ll hold up well with regular use. Great rope, feels comfortable on my hands and is good value for money. I've used it a lot and there are no signs of wear and tear. Love the colour too it matches the decor in my living room. Yes I have a cable machine in my living room

Strong rope, comfortable grip. Been using it for a few months regularly and no concerns re durability so far. The included carabiner is also really solid and better than the ones that came with my power tower.

Product is good, but you don't get carabin or maybe it wasn't included in my package.

The Tricep rope is a quality piece of kit. The 90 cm is an ideal length for pulldowns, allowing a full range of movement.

- It appears that rope is made of recycled black carry bags/sacks. Though it does the job. Not sure if it safe at higher weights. - the handle is pure metal. Mediocre quality, thought strength is there. It makes creaking sound while pulling weights. Also handle appears to be bent a bit.

Well made and well worth it!! Wanted to get a rope to bring with me to LA Fitness after all this covid crap lol. The ropes at every gym I’ve ever been are the most disgusting piece of equipment in the joint. I hated using them and they are impossible to disinfect. So solution, buy my own that only I get to use haha. Ordered the larger 36” rope , more versatility with exercises. And I am very happy I did. Any shorter and this wouldn’t have been worth it IMO. The 36” rope is GREAT, allows u to do all triceps exercises known to man with full extension and even some shoulder stuff like face pulls , etc since it’s long enough to extend out a good deal. It’s well made and I’ve yet to have a single gripe about it. got the blue and black one and it looks dope as hell that’s for sure. I use it everyday and it’s held up great. And the rope has some coating on it or something that keeps it dry no matter how bad I sweat (I hate the ropes gyms have that r just bare rope and get absolutely DISGUSTING in 1 use haha). It also was easy to work the rope into form. It easily lined up in the center , not sure how but it did, and after a couple uses it’s already starting to take that form so it’s perfectly symmetrical every time I pull it out. I mean tricep rope for this price at this quality, it’s a no brainer
