White Float Frame 16x20 by by Burnes of Boston - 16x20

Frame came damaged. I was working on an office renovation and purchased the fame during that time. I stored the frame in my bedroom closet until the reno was completed. When I was ready to hang it, and removed it from the packaging, the wood is shattered in the corner. Now it's too late to return. My fault for not opening the packing when I first got the frame. But I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

Beautiful frame, but one corner was separating and the wood was cracked up both sides from the separation. Since the cracks aren't visible when the frame is hung (unless you look under or to the side) I chose to keep it. Amazon customer service was very gracious and issued me a small credit for receiving a damaged item. I give the frame a B, and Amazon customer service an A++. :-)

I love this frame, it is really beautiful... I bought it to display a cute little art print in my baby's room. The print was close to 11 x 14 but a little bit off from the exact standard size, so it wouldn't fit in a frame of that size or a matted 16 x 20 frame. I found this one and it fit perfectly... and I really love how it looks floating in the center, with the wall color coming through behind it.I see that some other reviewers had problems with the frame arriving damaged, but mine was in perfect condition and seemed very well packaged.

Pretty frames, but the wood was cracked pretty bad upon delivery.

This picture frame is sooo heavy!! I can't imagine how you would hang it on a wall without having to put heavy duty nails in! Also, frustrating that because the item is so heavy it is costing me $10 to return it! Kind of ridiculous! Do not purchase this! I could probably find something way lighter and similar quality at Target or Walmart - going to look this week!

Looks great for the price. Not the highest quality. My last purchase can with a small nick in the side of the frame but it was too hard to repackage to return. I would still buy again. I also love these frames for odd shapes because anything fits as long as it's less than the dimensions.

Great frames. I love a good floating frame. Quality was good. I'd buy it again.

Arrived with cracked and splintering edges. Very unhappy to have spent $22 bucks on a piece of junk. It will be too much of a hassel to return this so, for now, I'll try and patch it up. Seems like this is a common problem based on other reviews. Learn from us and save your money.
