Love love love this. Not as thick as a lotion so it goes on easily and absorbs/dries in just a few minutes. Leaves my skin feeling soft. Some self tanner is a pain to use, but this one is pleasant! The scent is more of a cocoa smell than tanner smell and I don’t find it obnoxious at all. Used it twice and starting to see nice natural looking color.

It’s great! As long as you rub it in good, it gives you a great tan. No orange on me. Smell is not bad either!

It smells sooo bad. Maybe I got a bad batch, it smells like roadkill, dead fish, burnt plastic with a touch of chocolate to mask the smell. Idk how well it works as for the tan cause I just used it once. It also made some of my skin itchy. Coming back 2 months later- it gives a really nice tan if you get passed the smell, which goes away about 10 mins after using. It does make my eczema really bad and flair up really bad after using for a little bit so just beware of that if you plan to use it regularly and have eczema. Other wise it really is such an easy tan feels like just putting lotion on, dries fast, you’re not sticky or uncomfortable waiting to get it off. And after first use I saw color, and after the 3rd day putting it on I had a really nice tan. I use gloves because even washing my hands right after isn’t enough they turn orange haha

(I am kidding/my review is super long.I’m sorry, and I hope you’re ready) I have a VERY olive complexion that gets very tan easily if I sunbathe. This isn’t quite as dramatic of an effect as a day at the beach, BUT it’s a really great substitute for a bunch of sun damage (I have hyperpigmentation AND acne scars, that are being treated; plus I’m over 35(I’m 36) *Disclaimer * I’ve already used multiple parentheses........ this is gonna be, well long ( like who writes their whole rout... nope not gonna do it again in the disclaimer too! So turn back now if you don’t care about how I use this* Its really easy to apply and I use it on my entire body; except my chest, face, and neck. (On those areas, I use a clear serum that gets mixed with my moisturizer by Tanologist.) The only downside is that for some reason, it dries out my skin (even though it’s marketed as a moisturizer.The audacity is palpable!). I just use my regular moisturizer in the mornings when I do this because I always use this product at night because the smell makes me want to cocoon away from everyone (it doesn’t smell great, but I deal with it). I don’t mind the smell too much, but it does make my fluffy, rainbow, tie dye, robe smell (not my pjs or my clothing the next day). I just spritz some body splash or perfume on my skin and I’m good to go. I work with kids, (they smell worse than me) and I’m always washing my hands or using sanitizer/rubbing alcohol. So it’s durability is impressive. It performs well against: mud, getting wet all the time (Those children smell worse than me because of it! And they don’t even know! dirty children......so dirty 🤦🏽‍♀️ 😪😷), and general life Showering daily (Mostly, if I’m being totally honest), shaving once a week (again when necessary), or even maybe 🤔, 2 times a week It lasts a few days (2-3). So, on the weeks that I am motivated and/or have an event, I use this at most 3 days in the week and I am very pleased with the results! I have tried several different methods, and several different brands; but this is so easy. It absorbs/dries in no time (2-3) minutes. Then, I just wash my hands, carefully getting a few key areas: fingers, palms, wrists and knuckles. I leave the majority of the top of my hand alone, put on my pjs and I’m done (It is the exact same amount of steps. I could care less about having dry skin to sleep. It impedes nothing that happens in beds.) I do to go to bed right away my sheets aren’t stained, And the price is great, (even at full price). The bottle is only half empty after a month and a half of regular use; twice a week for most weeks of the past month (3 times a week a few times throughout, when I had to for a special occasion, or something *wink *wink*, like that). It’s (basically) $14 to be tan for almost 3 months. That’s a good deal to me.

As a man, I don't really like setting aside time to bake myself in the sun. I work a full-time job, go to the gym, come home, go to sleep, repeat. So when the sun is out, I'm usually in. That said, I usually end up with somewhat tanned arms, pale face, pale neck, pale legs. I thought I could balance out the mix by using this daily, to give myself more of a healthy glow overtime. Well after about two weeks now, I'm regretting my purchase slightly. It works ok on some parts of the body, like legs, and arms... even neck, but I cannot keep the tone on my face. I exfoliate, I strip, I cleanse, and no dice. The cream makes my face super shiny, and annoyingly itchy, but whatever color I get, leave my face after a few hours. Maybe it's sweating, or something, but that doesn't make sense with how it sticks to my arms and legs. The lotion also sticks to my facial hair and scalp hair big time. Like to a point that I had to trim some of my hair back in areas where it was too obvious that I had applied a sunless tanner product. Now for the color on pale skin? It looks weird, like yellowish. I probably look like I've got jaundice. The product tells you not to let your skin basically touch anything until the product is dry to the touch... now going by that, it can take a while for this to happen, but even if I sit in a chair upright and let my body dry naked, it still streaks or doesn't hold color in certain spots even though I applied product there. I would say the product is ok... decent at best, but it won't last long if you're going to use it daily and if that's the case, just go get a sunless spray tan at a salon that lasts 10+ days and costs $45-50. It looks better, and doesn't require this much upkeep. Bonus note: If you screw up and get a streak line somewhere like on your arms or legs, good luck getting it off or blending it out. No alcohol or vinegar solution will pull the color out, so it's still till it wears off. Blending it out is near impossible.

I’ve been using this for about a month now to get ready for shower and wedding events and photos. As someone who has always had trouble getting a tan and is very pale (don’t burn either!) this is a miracle!! I use it every other day and apply it after a shower. It never streaks and smells like a mix between tanning lotion and shea butter. It’s a little strong at first but you sort of get used to it, it’s not bad, just very much like a tanning salon. But oh my gosh, the tan is amazing. The first time I used it I noticed a sort of sun-kissed color the next day, and reapplied after another day and it was the perfect color. It doesn’t over-darken or leave marks anywhere, doesn’t look orange, just looks like you’ve been out in the sun and it moisturizes your skin at the same time since it’s a lotion. It also doesn’t seem to get on my clothes although it does get on the white hand towels in the bathroom when I dry my hands (because they’re wet) so just maybe avoid white colored things while using and make sure it dries completely before getting dressed. I’m hooked! I also got some of their other products for the face and have been loving the results. For someone that has never been able to get a tan this is a total game changer. I would love a way to know how to better do “transition zones” like wrists and hands but they’re hardly noticeable especially in photos. Also using it every other day, everywhere, for one month I’ve used a little over half a bottle, so definitely less money than going to a tanning salon for sprays.

I can’t tan to save my life, this has put color in my skin. The smell is a bit weird after a few days of use, but I was putting it on every day because I sparkled like a vampire. I now have some color and love it. Just make sure to cover your body fully and wash your hands after, otherwise some of your body might be invited to a beach party and the rest isn’t lol

Prepare for the smell to be absolutely terrible at first. I was worried it wouldn’t go down at all. But after about 2-3 hours it was way better and now at 6 hours smells nice and mellow. I would definitely put this on only before bed and not before going anywhere. Applied very easily. After 6 hours I’m noticeably more tan, (I’m very pale like a sheet of paper) and it’s a very natural glowy tan. I can look past the initial smell.👍🏻
