Awesome game!
I bought this years ago and it still works really well! I'm a huge HP fan and I have yet to be able to stump it. I have really enjoyed playing this game over the years!

A True Test for True Harry Potter Fans: Do Your Worst!
A friend of mine knew about my obsessive knowledge of all things Harry Potter, and gifted me this game with the challenge to stump it. I couldn't do it!! The game's coding must be pretty awesome, and it's got EVERY Harry Potter person, place, and thing that you might possibly think of contained inside it. I especially love gifting them to my young friends who are discovering Harry Potter for themselves! Here are some highlights:*THE GAME: In case you didn't know, "20Q" refers to "20 Questions", a game in which the player thinks of a person, place, or thing and then the device (or the other player) asks a series of 20 yes-or-no questions to determine what the player is thinking of. Pretty simple, and the best part about this device is that you can only think of Harry Potter-related things! I've put this game through its paces, thinking of super obscure clues like Merchieftaness Mercus (Goblet of Fire, page 506) and the homework planners that Hermione gives Harry and Ron in their fifth year (Order of the Phoenix, page 501), and it hasn't been stumped yet! My (pointed) hat is off to the game's programmer. :)*THE DEVICE: This is a really good, reliable handheld gaming device. I like its compact design and the ease with which you can turn the sound and lighting on and off. It would be perfect for a long car drive or an airplane journey, as it's both small and unobtrusive.Bottom line, I have no complaints whatsoever about this game and look forward to playing for many more hours in the future. Enjoy!

Worked well
This is still working and I bought it a few years ago. Wish I had waited for all the movies to come out first but this one is still fun.

A Great Product
This is a great product for any harry potter fan but if you have not seen or read any harry potter do not get this of course this is just a game where you think of a person place or thing(nouns) or other witch can range from a pygmy puff to a 120 year old man who is the headmaster of a school i would only have to say one bad thing about this product when this hand held devise is that when the game is asking a question about your person place or thing is that the question will appear slowly across the screen much like advertisements around a football stadium which if wanting you not to play the game any more but this would be good fun for maybe a harry potter party which i have much of or this could be a great toy for a road trip to see if you can out smart the game. but if you would like to have a good preview i have found a game that is almost the same thing as the toy here is the website adress [...] all you have to do is go under theme click on harry potter and then think of a person place or thing and if you give a goos answers you will most likely have your mind read before your very eyes hope this helped you and have a great time if you decide to buy

cool 20Q toy
Like the 20Q game, this electronic game asks yes/no questions and tries to "guess" what the user is thinking. The idea here is of course that the Harry Potter version would be programmed with every imaginable creature, prop and character from the books and movies. However, my children have thought of lots of things (inferi, Marvolo, etc.) that do not seem to be on the game's list. Despite this shortcoming, it's really a fun game, and is reasonably priced.Note that the toy itself is the little golden ball (shaped like a snitch from quidditch) and a small stand. The wings protruding from the snitch are part of the packaging.

Love it!!
I bought this toy for my son for Christmas, we are both big Harry Potter fans. I will be the first to admit that when I bought it, I couldn't wait to try it out myself. Since I have read all the books more than once, I tried to think of the most obscure thing for the game to guess every time I played. I have not stumped this game since the first few times I played, and I stumped it then only because I wasn't giving the best answers to the questions. It sometimes takes a little more than 20 questions, but not more than 25. The game throws in some amusing boasts while it's questioning, and that makes it a little more fun.The only negative for the 20Q games (all of them, from what I've read) is that you may not feel like you know the best answer to the question it gives you. Choose your "answer" with that in mind. You need to know a bit about your person, place or thing before you choose. Sometimes it doesn't matter, and the game guesses correctly anyways, other times you will stump the game.If you are a Harry Potter fan, you will definitely get a kick out of this game. My son and I love it. I am constantly amazed when it comes up with the right answer.

Best for Harry Potter Super Fans
This is only fun for a bunch of real die-hard Harry Potter fans. It gets the obvious stuff really easily and if you aren't super fluent in all the characters, items, places, and actions you have no chance of stumping it at all.It didn't last for us, maybe a couple weeks before we were all bored with it.For Harry Potter Super Fans it's probably worth the purchase and would likely be loads of fun, but even still I'd say ten bucks is probably all it's worth. Don't go paying the exorbitant prices it is now, since being out of stock
