I liked everything about it,I was able to change the batteries on two fossil watches and a women Seiko watch.Will be replying 2 more batteries on my other watches.

I was a bit worried when I saw how small the device was. NOT TO WORRY! Within 10 minutes I replaced batteries in 2 SEIKO watches. Make sure the vise is tightened and the tool properly adjusted, but it really is a snap to use. The last trip to the Jeweler cost me $25 for 1 battery replacement. Never again!

Worked on my Seiko. Glad I bought the kit with the watch holder as well as the back remover. A little tricky to get the removing pins into the shallow slots on the back of my watch, but once engaged, worked like a charm. Remember to turn counter clockwise to remove the back of the watch. Took about five minutes from opening the package to removing the back of the watch.

As someone who worked at a watch repair/sales company, having the right tools to do repairs is worth the money, and this set does do the job. As stores in our area no longer will do any sort of battery replacement or watchband issues, this is a kit to have for those types of jobs. The kit is small so you don't have to worry about storage space (easily fits in a desk drawer); the only real issues with this is that the instructions aren't always written in a very clear manner and the pictures may not always make much sense to those not familiar or have little familiarity with watch tools or doing link removals. But overall the kit is definitely worth the price and if you live in an area where you can't get a new battery put in or a band altered, this kit is definitely worth picking up.

Like the possibility of replacing my watch baytery

I bought this to change out a watch battery on a dress watch (the jeweler wanted an obscene amount of money to do that) and was not disappointed. It took some muscle to get the cover off the back of the watch but that is not related to the quality of this toolkit. The watch holder device worked great and while the back of the watch was not the easiest to fit the main tool to, I got it to fit and got the back cover off. After that, changing the battery itself was easy with the tweezers and other tools to help get it out. I have other dress watches I have yet to try out the toolkit on but am confident it will work great.

Let me change my watch battery and save money by avoiding the jewelry store for their service.

So covid-19 happened, and everything in my city that was non-essential was ordered to close, including jewelers that would be able to replace my watch battery (my watch has the screw-type backing so I was unable to pop it off like you can on some watches). So I ordered this kit! It made removing the back of the watch easy, and then allowed me to screw it back on. Then I decided I wanted to replace the strap on my watch while I was at it and what do you know, that tool is included in this kit too! I used the prong end of the tool to replace the strap and also the pin-end to replace the buckle on the strap. Never again will I pay a jeweler $20 for a battery when I can do it myself using this kit with a $2 name-brand battery purchased on Amazon. So happy that I found this kit!

Its useless for me. I have a casio wrist watch that needs back remover to be open. well the pins of this back remover is too large and it will not budge. So could not open. My advice is to carefully look at the back case holes of your watch to see if this tool is useful or not. Also the watch holder did not work on my watch. It did not hold the watch well. So I do not recommend buying this tool if you do not have a watch with simple back opener.

With the downright crazy prices for battery replacements, this is just ideal to do it at home DIY. Not hard to do but the right, tiny tools are needed and this set provides them.Sturdiness is a bit hard to judge. By necessity everything is really small and appears therefore fragile. But it is probably just normal for these kind of tools.

If you love watches you need this kit. It’s easy to use and allows you to open any watch back to replace batteries yourself. It also has a handy tool to remove links too. No experience needed, it’s super simple and does what it’s intended to do.

Perfect set of tools. I was able to unscrew back of a watch and also remove a link from a flex wrist band. Only wish that it had come with small pliers. Saved me a bundle not having to go to a jewellers.
