I appreciate that it includes potassium citrate, which is generally considered one of the better-absorbed forms. However, it doesn’t contain potassium chloride, which I prefer along with citrate for its effectiveness. The tablets are a bit large but gentle on my stomach.

If you are having cramps in your leg, this is the product that I recommend. Take two pills and with 2 - 3 mins. or less, the cramps are gone. I am now buying them for my sister. Thank you Country Life!
