Work pretty great, don't strip as much as regular bits. Be careful not to drop your impact with one of these in it, though. They'll bend ever so slightly and you won't notice until you go to screw something in and everything wobbles like a weeble.

This is a nicely made product, but it doesn't work in my Ryobi impact driver..

I thought my impact drill was not fitting bits right, but it's the heads of these screw bits. They don't fit flush into a quick hex shank. Because of this, it doesn't lock and the bit falls out easy. I had a different brand of bits like this that worked fine but lost the bit and can't find them anymore.The bit heads also wear down pretty fast. The only saving grace of the set was the magnet.Save your money and buy a bit holder for replacement bits instead.
