Cleans grey hair
It did what is was supposed to do and cleaned my yellowish tinted grey hair back to its original silver grey. I had used some oil in my hair that my grey hair absorbed and became brown. Using the Pre- shampoo a few times restored it to its natural state. It also left my hair feeling nice and soft. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful smell! Leaves my hair so soft
I love how this pre-shampoo makes my hair smell, and my hair softness is very nice. i see some lightening of the yellow tint my hair gets from who knows what..the sun? I’ll keep using this I’m confident it will be effective and I’ll definitely buy it again. Lost a star because getting the safety seal open was troubling, but not a deal breaker!

Can’t open it unless you saw off the cap
Maybe the product is the best there’s ever been. I’ll never know. There is no way a human can remove the cap to get to the inner seal to actually use the product. My husband and I tried every means possible including vice grips. You’d have to saw the top off. I don’t need any product this badly. I was disappointed when I asked for a replacement that they actually expect me to take a trip to UPS to return this tiny bottle.I’m sad that I didn’t get to try it because I hate purple shampoos. Maybe I’ll take it to WWE to see if one of them can open it.

For those who stop coloring this product is a silver hairs best friend ! I use it instead of purple shampoo which is harsh on my hair. This product brings out the shine in my silver hairs and leaves it feeling softer , ;) and supporting the small company means a lot to me.

This product took the yellowish discoloration out of my gray hair after the first use. Of course I use the entire system. It really works!

always appreciate a non-purple product for my silvers. pretty user-friendly, though a bit thick to get out of bottle. does keep hair shining.
