I am a 73 year old man with limited flexibility (cannot see my body between my waist and knees) and limited vision (have only 1 eye and have lost 50% of my vision in the other due to a stroke) with prostate and bladder problems which require a permanent catheter for at least 3-4 months.Usage of the this product turned by life around 100%. Due to my physical problems, I could not empty a leg bag attached directly to the leg. This required me to be dependent on my wife whenever I needed to empty the bag. With the design of these shorts, the drainage value is at knee level and I am now able to take care of my own needs.Pain and discomfort associated with the catheter has also gone down. Using a catheter extension with the shorts has completely eliminated the pain I was experiencing every time I took a step (due to positioning of the bag )A different review of this product have complained about not being able to have a BM without disconnecting the catheter. I do not experience that. The shorts are stretchable and with the addition of an extension, I have no problem managing on my own without disconnecting (again - freedom for me! not having to rely on others)A different review of this product also complained about the fact they couldn't wear underwear under the shorts and these were too expensive for underwear - while this is true, you wear them without underwear , for me, the extra cost of having "expensive" underwear allows me to resume my normal life. I now have 3 pairs. 1 to wear, 1 to wash and 1 as a backup incase of an accident. Well worth the expense.One final comment - I am also very please with the companies response to emailed questions. Quick to reply, response to the questions being asked.

These are a fabulous idea! I love the idea of these and I think these are a great product. Not having to wear the constri=cting elastic around the leg to keep up a bag....genius. Getting the right size is a little tricky. My mother could not get her rear in the first pair so I had to reorder a second pair which did fit better, I would order up. I think these are an amazing product. We did use these when flying my mom on an airplane. They are maybe a little tricky if the person has to have a bm. My mother has alzheimers so when she needs to go it was a bit of a chore to get up and down and make sure all was still in place and didn't pull but they did do their job. I like there are so many options. There are a couple of things to keep in mind if you are going to try these. Gravity works well for a urinary catheter. The pocket sits on the top of the thigh. In my opinion, while it did drain there, it really drained better, on down the leg. Also the pocket holds a smaller bag. You can make it work but it is on the smaller side. I wish I had only bought one pair of these instead of two because we really ended up putting the bag on down her leg and forgoing these even though they are a great product. I think maybe for someone a bit taller they may work a bit better. My mother is quite a short woman and so that too played a part. She is 4'11 and were she taller I think these would have been a little more of an option for her. I would still encourage you to try them bacause they would be so much more comfortable if they work for you and no leaking. I still would recommend even though we did not continue to use them but I would not say we won't try them again in the future.

Totally prevents leg bag from slipping down my leg. Great fit and high quality. I just ordered two more so now I have three, ensuring a clean pair ready to wear.Someone mentioned they should add a button hole in the front to route the catheter more directly to the bag pocket (complaining about having to run it over the waist band). There are in fact two button holes in the front - one high and one low. I have a suprapubic catheter so I use the low one. The person complaining must have bad eye sight.I really like these shorts. Good value in my opinion.

I Love this product. It makes my life so much easer but I have had so much trouble with the sizing. I have sent back 3 or 4 orders and had to re-order until I could get the right size. I wear a large and have been sent a pant with a large label, and hardly could get it to fit over my hips. Then I would order another L and would get a pant with a L label and they fit just fine. I do wish the company would get their sizing correct

This product is really good for a one piece underwear for a suprapubic catheter. I bought it for my husband and it is the best answer for comfort so far. It may be a little warm in the summer. We will wait to see how that goes. A note to the person who created this product. The nozzle that comes out the bottom of the leg is problematic in a couple of ways. It hits my husband right near the knee. Being a very active man, it is uncomfortable when he kneels. Also, if it were placed more to the side of his leg, the nozzle might stay closed better. Once in a while it leeks. He really does love the product and I find that it is very good quality and easy to wash. I am writing this review in case in the inventor of this product might read this and make an improvement from making it a good product to a great one.

Originally purchased one pair in 7/2/23 and my husband loved it. It was comfortable and very discreet under his pants. In the next seven months I purchased four more. After several washes, stitching came off between the waist band and shorts for three, one started to unravel on the waist band, and the waist band seam is separating on the fifth one. The design is great but very poor quality. I expected more after spending $53-$55 for each pair. Unfortunately there aren't many other purchase options available.
