I purchased this product based on the many positive reviews I saw. While this is a good product, I have come to the conclusion that I can buy plain epsom salts, add my own tea tree and lavender essential oils and get a better result for less.

I was looking for a good therapeutic foot soak for a teen athlete with a badly sprained ankle from playing basketball. I added this one to a deep foot bath (there are several on Amazon with various features, but even a plain plastic tub would work) and had him soak his foot for 20 minutes a day.
