Really pleased with the purchase, iPad in excellent condition with great battery life too, everything working perfectly, fantastic value for the money.

This is a great value product. I bought it for my daughters birthday and she absolutely loved it... hasn't stopped using it!The item looks and operates like new. I would highly recommend.

Bought for my mum to replace a very old and very slow laptop. She is happy using it, she is 68 and it’s easier for her to use an iPad rather than a laptop. Screen size is good, she spends a lot of time on her phone (Pinterest) so this although smaller than her old laptop is still big enough to browse internet, use YouTube, and enjoy using it. Very straightforward to set up. I just had to create an Apple account for her to be able to download apps etc because this is her first Apple product.It looks good, I haven’t noticed any scratches and only thing which would indicate it’s a second hand iPad was that it didn’t arrive in its original box. I have one at home but who needs boxes. I bought a good cover instead.First thing upon receiving, I wanted to check the state of the battery (should be over 80% to be classed as very good) so I downloaded an app on my laptop and indeed it was 81.2%.Happy with the product and would recommend.

Even though its refurbished the quality of the screen was good and the housing had very little signs of wear, only problem is battery life but that’s to be expected.

All good no probs, delivery on time and iPad in excellent condition.

The iPad is cool, but when I wanted to return it (it broke), it was just a nightmare, I waited more than 2 weeks.

Ipad 9th generation (2021)The ipad setup was quick and simple; it took settings from my iphone and transferred files, etc, at my choice. It saved a lot of time. The screen is a great size (10.2 inches) without being too large; when you get to my age it helps not to always need your glasses. lol.Navigating around the screens is very similar to any iphone, if don't have an iphone it is very user friendly and, help is always on hand as a quick search on the internet.Processing speed is fast and adequate as I haven't experienced any lag or wait times on any apps. Great quality camera and image editing/enhancement tools.Plenty of apps available from the App Store should you need any extra to those included.
