Initially I had received a damaged product but amazon helped me get a replacement within 3 days. The shades are intensely pigmented and stay put for 6 hours straight.

The first pallet that I ordered was broken so I requested for a replacement but guess what, even that came broken beyond repair.. It's such a gorgeous pallet that's been insulted like this. If you cannot sell a product properly then take it off the list, till you can get a better quality product or at least don't sell me a broken pallet.. I had such high hopes but now I am just disappointed

Arrived with one shadow damaged and all over the others and seal was broken too. Won’t be using and expecting a refund.

Beautiful packaging! The color story is amazing. The colors are very pretty and I found them easy to blend but also pigmented. I didn’t experience a lot of fallout on my face, which is nice considering the darker shades in the pallet. The only thing I don’t like is the weird pressed Glitters in the pallet.. wish they would have done those same colors but in a shimmer. The glitter is too chunky and unsafe for the eyes. It’s a shame because the colors are beautiful. The rest of it is perfect though! Really happy I decided to take a chance with this one.
