Was intending to buy the Nintendo Pro Controller when i stumbled upon this ! Since the reviews were quite positive, i thought why not try it out. When it arrived i immediately put it to use. It was quite easy to connect to my switch, and gameplay was quite good with it. The buttons and joysticks were quite responsive and i am a happy guy. Works just like the Nintendo Pro Controller !

I bought the product a few months ago and today out of nowhere this refuses to start. No light comes on, it doesn’t start at all. Only while charging the light comes on. This is not worth buying if it’s going to get spoiled so fast. I want a replacement!

Bought mine in January. Worked well for a couple of months. After a few months it started disconnecting itself from my Switch even with full battery. It still worked but the disconnections persisted. Now it has reached a point where it's not turning on. No light indicators are showing. Can I get a replacement?

The product was good in the beginning (first month), although the D-pad is horrible and registers wrong inputs. After that, the L1 button became less responsive (i.e., I have to press it quite hard for the action to register) over the next 2-3 months. The ZL and ZR buttons are quite fragile and if you do intense gaming, they can sort of break. Finally about a few weeks ago the battery stopped taking in charge completely. Now I have to plug it in with a charger at all times to make it work. In my opinion, it is okay for sporadic casual gaming but, if you game for >1 hour everyday (like I do), this won't last very long.

My joy cons started having classic drift problem and I couldn’t find the original pro controller here in India so I gave this bad boy a try and it has exceeded my expectations so far. I’m just a little under 25 hours of gameplay with this controller and I haven’t noticed any issues with it. Battery life is great - about 8 hours or so, very sturdy, and no lags, and connects quickly. Pricing is reasonable.

Picked it up a month ago when the switch's joycons started acting up. So far these are working great. Tried with amazon fire tv stick too and it worked with it even though the product description doesnt mention it. Bought another one and both work great with the switch and fire tv stick. Only thing left to see is how long they last now.

Just got the gamepad, used it for half hour and the L1 started getting stuck inside and I had to pull it using my finger nailsI'd suggest you to save up some money and buy a genuine switch controller or even a dualshock 4 if you are looking for this type of button style
