Complete Scam
I recently purchased the Dr Physio 1021 Body Massager, and I noticed several differences in packaging and product features compared to what other customers have received. The differences I observed are: 1. No thermocol packaging inside the box. 2. Main product packed in a thin plastic instead of bubble wrap. 3. Too Smaller handle grip with no grip design (other customer received long handle with proper grip). 4. IR red LED lights completely missing, although mentioned on the box (hidden under another sticker) and product description. 5. No seal on the box. (Anyone during the transit can open it) 6. Backside details (manufacturing date, serial number, etc.) hide and covered with an additional label. 7. Even after replacement, I got the same product with same serial number. 8. Cord quality is also too low, easily get disconnected from socket. This is not a real product. Rather it seems to be first copy of the real product.
