University Physics with Modern Physics, Global Edition + Mastering Physics with Pearson eText (Package)

DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK unless you are a student studying at a university that has signed up to the "pearson mastery" digital service that accompanies it.This books is great, but it only provides answers to half of its problems, none of them being worked solutions. Should you wish to access the solutions manual, pearson will use the broken record technique on you for hours, repeating "it's only available as a resource to teachers".So, if you are studying at a uni that has this available: get it from the library.If not, you have 3 options:1) assume you are correct at every attempted problem2) do half the problems, and if you dont understand why you got one wrong, tough luck, figure it out.3) use it as toilet paper.Also, the book uses gloss paper, good luck reading it! At least it makes the pictures look pretty...because thats why you buy a physics book of course.

The ISBN required to register for the etext Mastering Physics module is not valid in the UK and so does not register with Pearson - it comes up as invalid on their site. I have emailed them for information/help but to no avail. Stick with the book only. You can access a free University Physics app for free access via the app store anyway!
