Awesome&Gorgeous model kettle from kent
Superb,Awesome looking,Very very nice and effective, a must buy for kitchenware and multipurpose product for a home.

Review after using nearly an year
The lid is not good. It is not firm enough to stand alone once in an open position to fill the water. As the lid falls down everytime, the inner screw like elements hot broke and it is not usable now

Low quality
This was my second purchase within a year, the first one stopped working in 8 months and second one after 2 months...it stopped working by itself, they don't give door to door service after sale...kent is not selling genuine product. I assume it's a Chinese product.Do not recommended it to buy...

Excellent product, heats well and looks great in the kitchen.

Quality is not good
I bought this product on Jan 2022, it worked fine for 7 months then suddenly I found a crack in the glass. I have raised a service request for the replacement of the kettle, service agent told this might not get covered in warranty and might have to pay 50% of the actual amount (₹600/-). I will update this review once I hear from the service agent.This is an update after the service, they collected 200rs and replaced it with new one. The new kettle too did not last for even 3 months that too started to crack.Not worth buying.

Good present for my mother
My mother had seen a glass kettle abroad and wanted one. I ordered one for her and she was delighted with it. It has been in use for a while and works well and is easy to clean . There is some scale deposit on the glass that needs reloving with any descaling solutions. Be nice if there was a scale proof glass option
