This stuff is organic and keeps me regular.

I use this to thicken my protein shakes and increase my daily fiber intake. It works great for both. It has no taste and is not gritty when I blend it into my shakes. It is also good added to oatmeal.

I'm a big fan of psyllium husk as part of a healthy diet. Our modern diet consists of low-fiber processed foods that our bodies have not evolved to accept. The basic mechanism of action is purely mechanical. Psyllium husk absorbs water and turns into a slippery, jello-like substance that your body cannot digest. As this lubed-up mass slides through your colon, it takes with it all sorts of garbage that would probably prefer to just hang out in your poop tube. The result is a perfect, solid corn loaf and a squeaky clean digestive tract that is ready for another round of grandma's cooking. If you take enough of the stuff, your anus will walk away cleaner than a microchip clean room. You'll be able to close down your soft-serve ice cream stand for the season. No need to wipe here, folks. Leave that toilet paper at the store - where it belongs.Don't let them fool you with the labeling. There's nothing special about "organic" psyllium husk unless it gives you that warm and fuzzy knowing that you're crapping out nature's finest mucilage. It's all about the same, and it all works. This particular brand does not use any flavoring or colors, leaving just a can of raw husks, which tastes like drinking a cup of something you scraped off of your lawn mower blade. When mixed with a protein shake or anything else with flavor, it blends in just fine. If you find it at a good price, go ahead and buy this stuff. Your body will thank you.

Great product

Guys this works like a charm. I had high cholesterol for years affecting my arteries. My doctor has been trying to put me on statins since and I have been punishing back due to the side effects. I started taking this product early June’25, and went to do blood work end of July’25. My cholesterol levels for the first time EVER are no longer in the reds. I almost started screaming when I saw the results. My LDL went from 142 to 93 in a matter of weeks. Total Cholesterol from 239 to 183. I never do reviews, but I wanted to share my results here because I know there are so many people with the same issues and dying from heart attacks due to clogged arteries and finding this product was the answer to my prayers. Thank you God!

I switched to Organic India when I learned of a lab study that found concerningly high levels of lead in many brands of psyllium fiber. This brand had the lowest levels, within the safe range. Although I take psyllium fiber for my health, I don't enjoy it, so I was pleased to find that this product is more finely ground and leaves less of a bran taste in my mouth. It's much easier to take my daily dose!
