Indian gooseberry or Amla fruit as we call it in India is a storehouse of health wealth. My grandparents used to eat it in the morning on an empty stomach and all of them passed away in their late eighties in very good shape. I take it almost every night. I have low platelets. Usually the platelet count is like a roller coaster. Taking these have helped to stabilize the count, which is a lot cheaper then medicine! There's really no taste to them. They are easy to take as they are not in a big form. I'd highly recommend to anyone who has low platelets.

The package has a cancer warning that is not notify in the selling page. Is important for the buyer to be aware and decide if they want to risk it or not. It wasn’t until I read another review here that I realized of the cancer warning of this product and fair enough it was in the product package barely noticeable. I also try the product and I saw no changes.
