A great overview of fulltime rv living
A great look at preparing and going fulltime in an RV. This book is a thorough as it could be with out being too long. The part that was a little thin was the financial. It's probably not possible to cover everything. Overall it's an enjoyable read, very informative.

Detailed!
My husband and I always joke that when we retire (if we ever will be able to—ha--or have the desire :), we are going to get an RV and hit the road going from storage auction to storage auction; can you tell which show we love? If we were to really do such a thing, A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO FULL-TIME RV LIVING: MOTORHOME AND RV RETIREMENT STARTUP by Jack Freeman and Shirley Freeman (full-time RV-ers) is the book, as far as I am concerned, my husband and I would need to read, study, take notes from and follow, and you need to read, study, take notes from and follow if you are considering this lifestyle. Every possible detail is covered, from how to manage all the steps getting you to that lifestyle to everything you could possibly need to know once you are there: costs; RV clubs; tips; animal care concerning the lifestyle if you have a pet or pets that will travel with you; how to work the highway system and what that system even means; maintenance of your RV and your lifestyle; doctors and how to work with them since you will be on the road; all the different levels and kinds of places to stay while living in your RV; and how to plan ahead; and even, as to where to eat out and how to park to do it or if it is even possible at a particular restaurant you have chosen for your particular RV. And those are just a few examples of the topics covered. To boot, there are lovely pictures showing the lifestyle and how comforting and homey it can be to cartoonish pictures that are still detailed, fun and inviting.

What an awesome book!
I had a friend that gave me a RV and I wasn’t sure just where to go. I needed to find out how much it would cost to live on the road full-time for a while to travel to different places while I write online. Preparing for this journey is something that I needed information on. A friend of mine told me about this book and I decided to buy it. I am really glad I did. This book is jammed packed of all kinds of great information. The part I enjoyed the most was finding out what campsites to avoid and how I would go about getting my mail. One of the things I never considered was how I was going to do my banking and taxes. This book covers everything you need to know to venture out into living in an RV full time. If this is something you are thinking of doing, you just have to get this book.

Interesting read for people looking to live in a RV
In this day and age there is so much info on the internet that I believe I already had an understanding of most of this but it was interesting to see it in print.

Great book for starting out!
I just finished this book and highlighted most of it! I am not totally new to RVing but am planning to go full-time in the next 6 months or so. This book covered everything you need to know about getting started with RVing! I really learned a lot! Would also be helpful for those already on the road but fairly newbies. I highly recommend this book!

Very Informative Tips for Newbies!
As an independent artist, my friend and I have been pricing campers to hit the road and tour. I came across this book & found it extremely useful! There is a lot to consider while on the road. This book covers everything from how to maintain your vehicles condition, convient highway routes & rest stop, & even ways to make extra money while travelling! Would recommend for anyone thinking about investing in RV lifestyle!

Deceptive
In the sample, Amazon shows this book being printed in color, it is not. It's printed in greyscale.
