Do you pasturize the milk or is it raw?

Hello and thanks for your question. We start with fresh goats milk that is pasteurised (not raw)- and then we ferment it with our goats kefir starter cultures that we make ourselves - fermenting real kefir grains in goats milk. After fermentation the kefir is chilled and bottled. It is live and abundant in gut friendly bacteria from the kefir. Hope this is helpful

Despite being headlined as goats milk kefir the description says it is made from "organic whole cow's milk". which is true?
