Light and quick, outstanding paddle for the price
Wife needed a new paddle as hers was made for a kid. Got this in part because it's orange and she loves orange. But as I often go out by myself I wanted to try it and compare to my paddle. I've got a fishing kayak (even though I don't fish) and the paddles are squared off. They provide a lot of power and work well, but they take a good bit of energy to use. The difference between that paddle and this paddle was huge.I've googled and read the product description and all that and still can't quite figure out exactly what the "diversion effect" is as described in relation to the serrated teeth on the paddle. The way the water moves around the blade or kayak? I dunno. What I do know is I can move this paddle through the water with considerably less effort than my other paddle. Whatever magic those teeth provide, it is awesome. A friend who has a similar paddle without the teeth tried it and thought it was better was well. So two thumbs up for paddle teeth. The paddle floats no problem, as it should. Don't know why anyone would want one that doesn't. The grip is solid. At under $30 I can't see myself buying a different paddle, nor should you in this price range. Get it, you won't be sad. If you are sad anyway, well, it isn't really the paddle's fault.

Fabulous Purchase IRL & Pretend Play
I love that these pars break down into two pieces! It makes for easy storage AND I get to watch my two men be extra silly with them when they go to the yard and play pretend on papa’s kayak. Fanstastic purchase. Will purchase again after I give birth and get my own kayak. ;) Enjoy the picture I added on here of my guys playing “pirates” with these oars.

Good Buy
Went kayaking for the first time yesterday and used them. Very light weight and moves through the water easily. They also have 3 different options for attaching the two pieces. The only thing that bothered me was there was no rubber or padding for where the hands rest. It started to rub the inside of my hand but only after about 3 hours of kayaking ! I am happy with my purchase and would recommend them.

Good paddle for the price. Leisure paddlers
I bought this one because it was the cheapest. If that is your goal too, I say go for it! I have a wider sit-on-top kayak, and I thought it would be nice if it was a little longer. I'm still going to use it though. Other than that I have no complaints. Once the two pieces are locked in place the paddle feels sturdy. Not wobbly at all. The grips seem to be in the right position for me. I have no idea if the little ridges on the side have any real effect. All in all, its no professional paddle, but if you have a kayak that you use leisurely on the lake, and you are not wanting to spend more money, this is a worthy paddle.

Good value for the price
Any review of this paddle must reflect that this is one of the if not the cheapest kayak paddle you're going to find on Amazon. For the price it's not bad. The handle feels more like conduit than nice tubing but it seems sturdy enough for light casual use. I bought this for a spare paddle for my spare kayak and I wanted something cheap enough that if my guest lost or broke it they wouldn't feel bad. It's great for that but if you're looking for your main paddle to use every time, I think you would be much better off spending $10-$15 more and getting a Pelican Poseidon that will last for years.

Great Paddle for Inflatable Kayak
I purchased this paddle to replace the one that came with my Intex K2 Explorer Kayak and it makes a very nice difference from the standard one that came with the Kayak as it paddles much easier. Only issue (and it is minor) is that I thought I was ordering a yellow as that was the picture but it was actually orange. That is OK but if you really want yellow you should understand that it is orange. I highly recommend this as a inexpensive paddle that is made of high quality materials and will not set you back some big bucks.

Great functional paddles at a Great price
It comes in 2 pieces but easily to set up. I’m 6’2” and my wife 5’9”, the adjustable length allows both me and my friend to play freely. So far it seems to be very well-made and sturdy. Light enough so my arms won’t get tired. Different from other paddles I see in the market, they have serrated teeth edge on the blades which can produce a better diversion effect. At this price, I don’t think I’ll find a better one. Love it!

Good paddle but no leash
The paddle is just fine, however the bonus paddle leash did not come in the box, so the advertisment is not truthful

No lanyard
Fine paddle but really upset it didn't come with the lanyard that it clearly shows in the picture.
