Apple iPhone 7 with FaceTime - 128GB, 4G LTE, Gold - (Renewed)

I was worried that it may not arrive on time due to the fact it was sent to the wrong shipping facility so I was informed it may be late although it actually arrived a day early! It arrived in a plain white box with a charger. Out of the box the phone was flawless & startup seamless although it does not come with a sims card. I made a trip to the local AT&T store for a sims which was installed free of charge. Sadly I could not download apps or send & receive some (not all) messages. The error message was I did not have a cellular data plan. I tried all troubleshooting avenues then contacted the seller who did reply eithin 24 hrs with suggestions. I made a trip back to AT&T with my problem which was determined to be the sims card. After the new card was inserted it worked like a charm! I have had absolutely no glitches or bugs as of yet but I have only had the iPhone 3 weeks. Will update if any issues arise.

Odered iPhone 7- 256 gb for more storage for photos & videos of grands. Product was supposed to arrive 5-12 days. Actually got itin 4 days . Shocked to get it so soon. Order refurbished phone but was surprised that phone looked new. Phone looks & works great.This company definitely exceeded my expectations, overwhelmingly !!! Will definitely recommend this company to family & friends.I will rate them as a10+.

The description claimed that the phone was unlocked. It was not. I purchased an online “unlock any phone” service and they refunded my money. Ultimately, I took it to my service provider and they could not unlock it from Verizon. I returned the phone. Apple built the iPhone 7 with hardware that makes it impossible to unlock. Apparently they recognized the loss of revenue from this decision and quit the practice with the next version.

This was cheaper than a refurb unit from AT&T or Apple. My iPhone 7 was giving problems which was going to need an expensive repair and i couldn't go without one for 2-3 weeks, so I bought this one. All I had to do was call AT&T to change my IEMI number and keep the same phone number that I have had for 20 years. Restored from latest good backup and all is good.

This phone is just like buying a new iPhone for me, being a first time iPhone purchaser! The resolution makes everything crisp and clear! Will purchase other renewed items in the future!
