The item was as the supplier stated, just a case now of practise how to use it

My main reason for buying this was to carry out some time-lapse photography with a Nikon D3200. It was easy to set up, in the first trial taking an image every 5 seconds until the camera battery ran out - just short of 3 hours after about 2100 frames. Would be useful too as a wired remote release to avoid camera shake when using long exposures (with the camera on a tripod), for example for astro-photography or night-time scenes.

This will be extremely useful for Astro work. Instruction to set up may be a little iffy to follow, but most is just common sense.

Bought this for long exposure astrophotography and it’s meeting my expectations.
