I picked up this Righteous Felon jerky variety pack and it was a really fun snack experience. There’s a wide range of flavor profiles in here from smoky hickory to spicy and tangy options so it never got boring trying something new with each bag. The jerky and meat sticks felt well made and not overly dry, and the different types gave me a good sense of what I like best. Texture was mostly tender with just the right bite, and the flavor blends were bold without being too artificial or overly salty. Perfect as a gift or just to have around when you want a high protein snack that’s a bit more interesting than your usual jerky. Would definitely try specific favorites again!

Overall, I feel this is very high quality, has great taste, and doesn't taste artificial or fake in any way. I'll be ordering more from this brand. Here is my personal breakdown of the flavors. These are very well done, and these are just my opinion on flavor and taste, so these will differ between individuals. Bootleggin' BBQ - 5/5 (Exactly what you would expect from BBQ, great flavor.) O.G. Hickory - 5/5 (Exactly what you would expect from Hickory, great flavor.) Habanero Escobar - 5/5 (It's good and has a solid kick of heat from the habanero. The heat overwhelms a lot of the flavor, but it's still pretty good, and obviously if you're getting habanero then you're wanting heat, and it delivers on that. It's not too hot to enjoy, but you'll likely want a drink with it.) Seoul Survivor - 4/5 (Very good. Not a perfect translation of Korean BBQ flavors, but close and good.) Truffle-O Bill - 3/5 (It's done very well and the flavor is balanced, it comes through but not overpowering. Having said that, it's just not a flavor I'm a fan of. It's not bad, but just not something I personally care for too much, but it is good quality.) Bourbon Franklin - 3/5 (Mostly bland. The bourbon barely came through at all.) Teriyaki Balboa - 2/5 (Not really a fan. I think maybe the room temperature of the teriyaki made it not as good.) Maryland Monroe - 1/5 (This one was not good. The seasoning used on this just did not work for me.)

My son is a "protein fiend" and always wants to snack on heathy, meaty snacks. This was a huge hit with him. His feedback: PROS: - Awesome tastes. Loved the flavor assortment, some a bit more "unique" than tried before but none were terrible. - Good portion size. Just enough for a snack; not bigger enough to "encourage" overeating! - Fresh product upon opening pack - Quality ingredients. While not Keto or otherwise avoiding gluten for health reasons, this is a nice GF option for those who would desire such a thing! CONS: - "I wish more came in the box!" (So not really a Con!!)

Good product. Just too spicy for my senior husband. Would be good for my son. Will buy again for stocking stuffers for younger generation.

Jerky is great! My husband was really happy with it. Lots of different flavors. Even if some aren't your thing, they're still fun to try. Package arrived early too!

Tastes great. Makes good quick snacks that can be taken anywhere. All the flavors are outstanding and tender to chew

Flavor is there-ish. The amount of liquid smoke after taste is unfortunately unbearable.. the majority of the bags are too sweet in flavor. 3/5 for the packaging

I purchased the whole shebang sampler after watching a YouTube review of some of the flavors. Overall the jerky is fine in texture; not as tender as some other brands but not bad at all. The biltong is super good though. I have tried biltong before and didn't like it much but I really enjoy this stuff. Below is my review of the flavors ranked. 1. Darth Garlic - This one is my favorite. Their biltong has great texture and I love garlic. The YouTube reviewer Alabama Boss did not like this flavor at all so it may be based on how much you like garlic. 2. Baby Blue BBQ - Very great combo of flavors. The sweetness with the habanero and serrano peppers make for a perfect combo. 3. Ancho Villa - Great Biltong texture and good heat. What's not to love? 4. Habanero Escobar - Solid habanero flavor without any distraction. Great stuff. 5. Seoul Survivor - Sweet taste and love the added sesame. 6. Bourbon Franklin - Strong Bourbon flavor with vanilla aftertaste. I don't really like bourbon but I do love the hints of vanilla. If you like bourbon you'd love this. 7. Teriyaki Balboa - cracked pepper jerky is my go-to for things like Jack's Link. This scratches the itch and if you also like Teriyaki it will suit you. 8. O.G. Hickory - Standard flavor of jerky. Nothing mind blowing, but if you prefer a more standard jerky taste it works. 9. Nelson Mandilla - I enjoy the taste of dill and this has a strong dill taste. If you don't like dill then don't expect the cracked pepper to be the dominate flavor. 10. Maryland Monroe - Light on the crab spice flavor. Still good, but I am just like mine more spicy. 11. Truffle-O Bill - Has a hint of...something? I am not sure the taste, but it's fine just not as good as the other flavors. 12. Fowl Capone - While this is last on my list, it's not bad. I do enjoy it, but the basil is a little too strong in my opinion. I prefer hints of basil not full force basil. For the Beef Sticks 1. Fiery Habanero - I am not usually a beef stick kind of guy, but this was delicious. Easily one of my favorite items on the whole bundle. Good spice, good flavor. 2. Al Pastor pineapple pork stick - Taste like el pastor for sure. Good but still a distant second to the Fiery Habanero. 3. Citrus & Basil Turkey Stick - I like the lemon pepper, but still too much basil flavoring for my taste. Not bad though. 4. O.G. Hickory - Standard beef stick flavor. Not really my thing, but if you like normal flavors don't let me stop you.
