Q: The heavy duty roamer charging is not a problem,its the showmate, the charger plugs directly into the battery and has been lit red for at least 6 hour

Please refer to the instruction booklet "Charging". When the battery is connected to the charger, a red light will come on to show it has power. The normal charging time for each battery is approximately 5 hours. NOTE: Batteries should not be left charging unattended for long periods of time as this can lead to overheating and cause long term damage to the batteries.

Q: Can small clippers be used on a cocker spaniel

The Showmate is a trimmer so would tidy up the Spaniel but would not be powerful enough to remove the bulk of the coat. For dogs we would recommend the Pedigree Pro, Royale or MD Roamer, which is a medium duty cordless clipper. Please call our helpful team to discuss the options 0116 279 6900.

Q: Can you use sheep shearing blades on these clippers?

On the Masterclip HD Roamer you can use the Livestock blade which is good for dagging as the head on this clipper takes A2 blades.
