Heats Quick. Very Nice

Firstly, I've had no problem with how this facial steamer works, it's easy to use and starts steaming very quickly. I haven't timed it, but it steams for about 10 minutes. During the steaming process, it feels hydrating. I follow the directions and don't get too close, so the temperature is perfect. After using it, I notice that my face looks more refreshed and not dried out. I can easily apply makeup afterwards. This device seems especially good if you live in a dry climate, or your skin is exposed to the elements. Incidentally, when I had a head cold, I didn't feel as stuffy after using it. A nice bonus.

Easy to use

Product works very well with one exception, the little scent pads don't seem to do a very good job. Other than that, it's a really nice product.

I've only had and used it for 2 days, but it is performing well. Being able to adjust the direction of the steam is a plus since I bought it for sinus treatment. The skin care is a bonus.

I purchase this face steamer on August 16th. And it arrived the next day. I tried it out. And I was amazed! The first thing, it's small and unique yet the steam was powerful 👏. But just a few seconds of to warm up...WOW!Also I like the tools that can with it in a small case. A lot for a great price..Patricia, California

I have used this only once but it worked efficiently. So far I have no complaints. I am satisfied with the amount of steam this blows out. And I had no water leakage!

NOTHING! I SAY DO NOT BUY IT! The power button would not respond after the 2nd 15 minute session, and the funnel shaped steam director BROKE, just simply trying to adjust it! (Yes, I was gentle, and it's not hard to move at all, anyway.) Three positions...high, middle, low (not a rotator)...worked great until I tried to move it a few minutes into the 2nd treatment, and then a tiny little chip fell out at the connection base to the unit, then another...and then the whole thing just fell off. BRITTLE as THIN egg shells.MY BIG REGRET: I let it sit in a box, not using it right away when I bought it in August, 2021. It's November 2022, and I finally remembered I had it deciding to use it. The power button won't even depress the slightest. It's as hard as if it is part of the shell of the device. AND...No, I didn't drop it. That little funnel cracked right off the unit when I was adjusting its position. It moves easily, so no, undue stress did NOT cause it to break. AMAZON...YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT ALL OF THOSE PRODUCTS YOU BUY FROM THE FOREIGN MARKETS THAT ARE GROSSLY UNRELIABLE! YOU know who they are! YEA...I DO want my money back! AMAZON???I'm REALLY kicking myself I didn't use this unit right when I received it. For the two sessions of 15 minutes that I used it, I loved it! When the party was OVER, it was OVER!
