Worst after-sales. The bonsai is shedding leaves. And the customer care is not responding. Please buy from a reputable seller

I always wanted to own a beautiful bonsai but was apprehensive buying online. I tried for first time on amazon. I have already attached image for reference. Below is my feedback: Pros: 1) A healthy plant 2) Very well packed 3) If it is really 15years old then worth the price 4) It is not tiny, my plant is 1feet 10inches with planter. I didn't expect this tall bonsai. Cons: 1) There is no instruction/manual booklet to take care of this. As I am amateur, I was expecting one. 2) The plant I received has lesser serial roots, as in the display picture, there are more aerial roots 3) It would have been nice if they would have sent me a few pictures to choose from so that I could have requested them to pot it in bigger planter and would have chosen a plant with more aerial roots For me, it is a 5 star for now, but I will update it depending upon how well it grows at my home. I have also asked seller to update me on the upkeep of this plant. Will keep all posted. It's been more than 9 months (my original post was in june and now it is april) and my bonsai is all well with new leaves and branches... its alive and kicking... planning to buy one more.

I Bought Two Bonsai from Abana.Recieved Two Healthy Bonsai Plants as described.It came in Ceramic pots. I will replace them later with large Ceramic Bonsai Pots.I would love to hear from Abana how to maintain them. Thanks Abana and Amazon.
