Nice taste
Very nice coffee. Good taste, nice aroma. Feels fresh. Only issue is use of plastic - guess nothing much can be done unless I change my old illy machine.

Individually foil wrapped capsules , all flavours are great , including the decaffeinated capsules . Good value for money .

Ordered 6 packs of 18 capsules but only received 1 pack!
The offer was for 6 packs of 18 capsules at a great price so I placed an order but only received 1 pack!!! Not such good value. Amazon customer services was very helpful and refunded me and advised me to place another order. I did and the same thing happened!! Total rip off! Now it is not available... What a joke! Have been refunded again but what a lot of hassle. The Illy coffee is amazing though. Will be sourcing elsewhere from now on.

Delicious coffee
Illy is one of the best Italian coffee maker and they won’t disappointed anyone. The red one is my favourite because it’s full of aromas but it’s not too strong (bitter) for my tastes. It might be a bit more expensive than Nespresso, but it has a different consistency and it feels to be in an Italian caffettiera while you are drinking it
