I'd previously relied on free 10,000 mAh batteries that were given as corporate gifts. They were functional but often stopped working after a year. Decided to invest in one of my own recently and after some research decided on this power bank due to the size of the battery and strong reviews. It's a little bulkier than products my friends and coworkers carry but not burdensome. I typically use it when i travel so it's tucked into a backpack or suitcase and the size isn't an issue. The coolest feature is the large LED display on the front that shows remaining battery life within the power bank. Love that upgrade... power banks of the past had me relying on the 4-5 light indication system. Does 1 lit light mean 20% or 2%? Always a guessing game. Nice to have a more definite answer. I've also found that this battery pack holds a charge for much longer than those I've carried in the past. I went 3 months without a work trip at the end of 2019/start of 2020 and pulled this out of a drawer where it had laid dormant for at least 3 months. 87% charge remaining! Amazing. There's also flashlight feature but not something I use. I suppose if you keep it on your nightstand it could help in an emergency but not something I was searching for when I purchased this, so it's just an unused feature for me!

It's a great power bank. Works as advertised but it's way too cumbersome and slow for me. I have to carry it in my pocket and it's too bulky and heavy for everyday use. It lasts a long time but takes way too long to recharge. I haven't seen anything take this long since dial up lol I would leave it over night While I sleep and wake up with it still not completely charged.

My boyfriend really liked this power bank because it had the extra aspect of having a flashlight in it. He works late and finds this convenient to have on him when he needs to see something in the dark. He said at 100% charged that it charted his phone 4 times. Each time his phone had about 20% battery life left in it when he plugged it in. To charge the bank it did take a decent amount of time. We aren't sure If it's our charging block though that might be the cause of that. (The item only comes with the cord portion) that isnt an issue though as he can charge it over night as he sleeps. The fact he got 4 charges from it is great and makes it well worth getting.

This battery is great as in it last a very long time. But....the diwn side is it takes forever to charge back up. Im using the proper charging block snd wow is it slow. I bought this for my son to replace the 10,000ahm battery in his heated vest sunce he works outside. It works great and after s full nights work it still has half battery left. But takes forever to recharge. Still , a grest buy. Just charge it over night every night and you'll be fine. Also its pretty big and bulky and heavy.

Overall this is a decent battery pack with good capacity! I really like the percentage information that it shows rather than just a 1-4 dot system of many other battery packs. It charged my iPhone XS from around 20% to full charge and the pack itself said it still had 87% capacity so that’s awesome! I used it to keep my GoPro 7 black charged during a 13 hour time laps and that used about 50% of the battery. My only complaint is that there is only one high current and one low port, it would have been nice for them to both be high current. It’s awesome that the battery pack can accept an iPhone charging cable to charge itself! Now I don’t need to carry a micro usb cable just to charge my battery pack!

We're a nearly lightning exclusive house, with a few micro USB cables for specific uses. When I received the battery pack it was about 28%. I naturally plugged it into a micro USB plug and waited... and waited. It was going a few percent an hour, it seemed. Moved to a lightning plug and within a few hours it was at 100%. I've now charged my iPhone XR from the battery pack exclusively for days. I've managed to charge it to full quite a few times and the battery pack still shows 28%. I'm pretty thrilled that I don't need a special cable and it has the capacity to get me through for days.

first ofal, I am in Guatemala, so I gotta really jump some hurdles to get amazon stuff down hereto my boat. so , when i have this happen , it is very diapointing. it costs an extra 30 dollars to get it here. it wil cost 40 dollars to return it. very bad. not doin it. Im cancellingmy prime account and not buying fro tis seler ever again. this thing is used, VERY used. damagd charge port, all scratched up, and wont even charge when i plug it in. I am very unhappy with this. I'm sure glad i als boght the one with a solar panel on it. that one is awesme, but this one is junk, and , how theheck does a obviously RETURNED item get shipped bck out as new, especially when it is clearly old, beat up, and does not function ???? shame on you amazon !

Not as good as the Anker charger it is to replace (that one failed after around 7 years of regular use). It seems take forever to get up to 100% charged and then does not charge my phone quickly enough to keep up when I am using it. It is also quite a bit bigger in size than my old one, not easily carried in a jacket pocket. I am past the return date now so I am stuck with it, but I would not recommend.
