I enrolled in a virtual cooking class and I purchased this chocolate to make truffles. OMG it was so good. My truffles meted in your mouth. Now I know why truffles are so expensive. This is not your regular supermarket chocolate chips. A bit pricey but worth the occasional splurge.

Beatty’s chocolate cake
Bought these, as it was recommended for Barefoot Contessa Beatty’s chocolate cake. They were fantastic! If you decide to make the cake, go ahead and use the entire package! You won’t regret it!

They came in all melted and all stuck together as a one big chunk of chocolate. NOT callets!!! Cannot even return or replace. DO NOT ORDER from them! So disappointed.
