Absolutely useless - do not buy. Just received and urgently need to print to find that they’re a bodge. Come with a label saying to reinstall until your printer will accept and to ignore the message saying there’s no ink. Am returning immediately as these are not fit for purpose by any measure. Amazon need to remove from stock and talk to vendor.

Bought these for a HP printer as an alternative to not being able to obtain genuine HP product. I wish I had not wasted my money, alignment page would not scan so all printing was inferior. Only good thing was that they arrived earlier than expected but what is the use i that if the product is poor.

Installation is straightforward but, in my case, it took a little extra pressure to bethe cartridge in. Your PC is likely to want to reject it - over-ride that objection!!

Good product, does what it says on the tin so far. I might not have brought this if my printer was still in warranty as it's not an official hp print product but it's a good buy. Much better value than the official ink.

Would not have known this was not a genuine HP ink if I hadn’t purchased it myself! Even my machine thinks it’s an HP cartridge. Just waiting to see how long they last but very happy so far.

I open a new one only print 10 page, not pic, only text, it's shows ink low...!!!
