Q: How do I adjust the size of the watch?

You take out or add links. It comes with a tool to help you.

Q: Is it difficult to adjust the band length?

No it comes with a tool. It’s easy

Q: Is the Nougat White band rose gold color in person as described or more of a yello gold as it appears in the photos?

Mine is a brushed gold. In the one pictured it looks like they've changed it to black. I would like black better because the Fitbit face is black.

Q: Is there anything to coat the resin band?

Not that I am aware of however the resin has been very durable. This is my favorite band and I wear it everywhere and have not had any issues, even while rinsing/washing dishes.
