Best Razor Bump Stopper
I swear by this product. I started using this product after my aesthetician recommended it to me and I've never looked back since. I was dealing with constant irritation and ingrown hairs, and the results have been impressive. It works quickly to calm redness and soothe the skin, especially after shaving sensitive areas. Within just a few uses, I noticed fewer bumps and a lot less discomfort. It keeps my skin looking clean, smooth, and bump-free, which makes hair removal so much easier and stress-free. If you struggle with razor bumps or ingrown hairs, this product is definitely worth trying. It delivers exactly what it promises!

It works‼️
Minimum razor bumps while using. It lightens the skin however I did strip when was understandable. The tingling sensation after use is minimal and disappear in a couple seconds. It does takes a while to be absorbed but I just use a fan to dry quickly. The roll on application makes it easy to apply. I can say the quality is amazing and it’s definitely effective.

A loyal customer for 10+ years
Sorry in advance this is a long post. Hopefully this will help those who have experienced poor results with this product and prevent future issues. My background: I have been using this product for roughly 10 years. I use it for ingrown hair prevention on face and body, pigmentation issues, and general exfoliation. I have PCOS, and other hormonal imbalance issues so unwanted hair has always been an issue for me. I purchased this after a coworker asked if I had hickeys all over my neck😭😩, yes I had cyst sized bumps and concealer made them worse. This product IS A MIRACLE! There are some instructions with the original formula packaging but it is very basic. PFB works using salicylic acid in 2 forms and other ingredients to cause chemical exfoliation, similar to the action a facial peel uses. That means when you put it on IT MAKES YOUR SKIN PEEL over time. This information may seem obvious to some, but is lost on others (see negative reviews). With that being said, peeling is a good thing that's what prevents ingrown hairs. PFB gives fantastic results but can easily cause irritation, burning, redness and unattractive peeling if not handled correctly. TIPS: NEVER put this on wet skin this can cause superficial burns that take time to heal, pain, itchiness, and irritated areas. LET YOUR SKIN DRY AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE APPLYING. If you use this after any form of hair removal and you are unsure if your skin will be sensitive, try a light moisturizer and again allow to dry completely before application of PFB. Originally the product stated to apply leave for 5 to 15 minutes, rinse and moisturize. You can do this if you desire only light exfoliation, otherwise apply a light even coat and rub into the area and leave on. I use within 2 hours of hair removal consistently. I have ZERO ingrown hairs or blemishes IF I stay consistent. I noticed when I first started using it that I would have peeling in any areas within roughly 2 days, worse after applying lotion it would quickly become obviously dry and peel. Unacceptably embarrassing, so I began using a good quality mechanical exfoliant and it cleared the peeling right up after the first use (I add a small amount of microdermabrasion crystals to my facewash because they are rounded and cause less irritation). I also take my finger and apply a tiny amount of PFB to any small blemishes and they are gone quickly. Finally use good moisturizer as a final step for consistent results but make sure it doesn't have retinol or a similar exfoliant at least until you know how your skin reacts with this product. After I started using it, I would apply rub in and and go to bed. My husband asked what the sour smell was about the third day.......ugh. Yes it has a kind of vinegar smell, it goes away but takes maybe 30 minutes. For me not a deal breaker and the source of some entertainment at times. Also the texture is kind of sticky for about the same amount of time it takes the smell to go away, still completely worth it. This works, it's worth every penny.

For black women with ingrowns or hyperpigmentation
This product lasts for at least 3 months which is very good. You can use it daily but don’t use it right after shaving because it burnsssss. If you have sensitive skin then use this carefully and don’t over apply. It did start to help in terms of small areas but when I started to use it on bigger areas I feel like it made my skin rougher and darker as an already darker skin woman. This does work on the bikini line very well with exfoliation and consistency however and is lightweight. I did notice pealing as well after a couple of weeks where the darker skin will begin to peel and reveal smoother skin. So be prepared for that almost like how a chemical peel works without all the chemicals. When applying, use only a small amount and let dry for at least 10 minutes before applying other products. I’ve used this for at least a month now and have noticed a difference but this product has worked very slowly. Wish the results were in a week lol but have patience! Has a alcohol smell

Only product that works for me! Edit: 3 stars for price increase!
TL;DR: I bought this mainly for the "chromabright" claims. Pros: It is the only product that works for me after YEARS of sun damage and other ailments. Cons: Doesn't last long (for me) and the instructions don't say whether to rub the product in or let it dry naturally. Now on to the in-depth review. I've been using it on my arms and a few other places for a little more than a week and I have to say that this product is the fastest working product that I've tried. I have PCOS and hirsutism, which can cause dark areas in certain spots. I bought this mainly for my arms because when I was younger, I would play outside everyday with no sunscreen (which is a HUGE no-no, especially if you live in a hot, humid climate like the southern US), and my arms suffered terribly for it. They were at LEAST 3 shades darker than the rest of my body, which led me to feel very insecure about them. At the time of writing this review, it has lightened a lot (in my opinion), and I think that after 3-4 months of consistent use, they will be the same skin tone as the rest of my body (I will update my review with before and after pictures once I consistently use this product for at least 6 months). This product doesn't last very long (at least for me it doesn't; I've had it for a little over a week but it's almost empty. Maybe it's more intended for smaller surface areas rather than a whole arm or leg), and the instructions aren't clear on whether to rub the product in or let it dry naturally. I tried both and got a better result by rubbing it in because if I let it dry naturally, it would only leave white streaks on the areas. I use it twice a day (morning and night) and SOMETIMES three times a day. Hopefully this product is continued because this is the only product that I can depend on that also doesn't cost a fortune! Edit: They went up on this product by $10, making it $39.95 at the time that I'm updating my review. It was $29.95 the last time I ordered it, which was about a month ago. What gives? Nearly $40 for something that barely lasts a month is ridiculous! I won't be buying it until it comes down to the original price!

Really helps with ingrown's and irritation
This has worked really well for me. With regular use, I’ve noticed fewer ingrown hairs and much less irritation, especially in areas prone to bumps. It’s easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t sting. A little goes a long way, and it fits easily into my routine. I’m really glad I found this and will definitely keep using it.

With a few tricks this stuff works miracles!!!🤯
Sigh… it works, gosh darn it.😅 I sigh because it’s VERY expensive, but this is the only product I have purchased that actually does lessen ingrowns, AND treats the ones you already have. ALSO my bikini line has noticeably lighted and you can see less of the… hair dots? I don’t know what to call them, but my bikini line is starting to look like the skin on my stomach ie: all one color kind of like a human Barbie doll😂 I’m not comfortable showing parts of my lady bits to the world, so no photos, but I do not lie when I say there is marked improvement! Some random stuff to mention: I have committed the cardinal sin of shaving AGAINST the grain! Still barely get ingrowns with this stuff. I primarily use one of those… hand held hair removal tools? I left a picture because I don’t know what to call it, but it gives me an even closer shave than shaving against the grain and I get maaaybe 1 ingrown instead of 2 or 3 from my sinful razor shaving habits after using the chromabright. It burns, but has not damaged my skin. This tool also helps with exfoliating that old skin off that CB produces, so the scarring from previous ingrowns is almost gone! This is important because I thought my bikini line was getting DARKER with each application as none of my bath time exfoliators were working. Yeah no.😅 I needed an INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH exfoliation device y’all. The same goes for my knees! I saw another reviewer tried it on their dark knees, and while CB alone didn’t work for me, it worked when I started using Amalactin lotion on my body. This has recently gone up to an even more ridiculous price, and while I love it, I am not Boo-boo the fool honey. I won’t be paying that much of an increase unless you are including gold coins with my purchase.🤷🏾♀️ Luckily I found a reputable place that sells it for a very affordable price, so I wont be purchasing from here any longer unless the price goes back down. That said, this is an amazing product, and while I’m a bit salty about the price, it’s possible to find it for cheaper and I fully recommend it.🤓
