Cartini Classic Chef Knife, Stainless Steel, Black

I use and have used many chef's knives but this one was way heavier and felt way bigger in my hands. Now mind you my previous knife is also almost 8 inches long and I have quiet big hands but still this knife felt heavier and big. The knife is sharp and the spine is unusually thick which makes it look like some sort of a short cleaver. You can use this knife for daily use and maybe for professional use too I guess. All the day to day tasks and almost all heavy cutting can be done with this knife but if you have smaller hands then you need to think about this knife.

Getting sharpness gradually...... it's catching magnet.....not proper stainless steel..... didn't expect godrej is lying.....it's a okay quality knife at this price..... let's see how long it works....

Very useful

Not the best quality, but value for money. The tip of the blade is not sharp as if it is broken by design. Quality of the blade is average. Presently sharp, but I don't think it could last for years. I would be happy if the sharpness last for 1year.
