I purchased a preowned pickup truck that had a safe mounted in the console by the previous owner. The door to the safe was open, however the combination lock was in the locked position, and the combination was unknown, making it impossible to use. I ordered the Combi-Cam, removed the old lock, replaced it with the new one, setting my own combination! Very happy with my purchase!

I previously purchased a chrome version of this lock and found it difficult to read the combination settings (black-on-silver lettering, old eyes). I swapped that lock for this one, and this version is much easier to read. Both versions were easy to install. This version was more expensive for no discernible reason.

Ordered with some trepidation since others said they received 3-digit locks. However, I received 4-digit ones exactly as described. Installed just fine on a normal office cabinet. Keep in mind some cabinets will have indents that are too narrow for this lock to seat all the way down and reach through to turn whatever they are supposed to turn, but most cabinets look like they should work well with it. Mine did. Solid and works as advertised.

Love the ease of changing the combination and though I have not installed it yet it looks fairly simple and straight forward. All in all, GREAT deal!

Long story short, I cant use mine.The instructions say that these have a preset pass code "0 0 0 0". Mine doesn't unlock with the preset pass code and in order to reset the tumbler to my passcode, I need the original pass code that is currently on the tumbler.

it's poorly made, it's easy to catastrophically mis-set the combo and even if set correctly, the thing isn't exactly for knox.
