Tyler Cotton Christening Baptism Blessing Outfit for Boys

I ordered this for my son's baby blessing. He is 11.5 lbs and 8 weeks old - and the 3 month size was a perfect fit. It would not have fit him for another week though. I almost felt it to be slightly small, because it was tight trying to fit his arms into the sleeves (even with all the buttons on the back undone). I ordered this and the 0-3 month "Lauren Madison" romper that is available on Amazon, which is almost identical in style to this "Tyler." This romper is MUCH higher quality fabric and construction than the "Lauren Madison". The look of this romper is clean and crisp, with a pure white color. It is lovely and my son looked very nice in it. I paired it with the gabardine cotton shoes and cotton socks, we did not use the bonnet (but it fit well, and was great quality too). The baby wore a white short sleeve onesie under the romper. The romper is not sheer as to require a onesie underneath, but it was surprisingly a cold day instead of warm as predicted. I am very pleased with the "Tyler" blessing outfit. I just hand washed it after the blessing hang drying it, it definitely needs ironing now. I wish I had seen this for my first son 5 years ago.My only complaint of the romper would be that it wrinkles easily, but that was expected when I bought it. Still give it a 5 star review even after the wrinkles!

Lovely Baptism outfit for a boy. I give it 5 stars, but a word of caution. If you prefer to laundry it before allowing your baby to wear it, hand wash only and do not place in the dryer. OR laundry it using a delicates laundry mesh bag on a hand wash or very delicate machine cycle. Again, do not put in the dryer - air dry instead. Ironing this outfit was tough to say the least, but that does not take away from my 5 star rating. It fit as expected. The neck opens with buttons from the back and of course snaps close on the legs. The buttons on the front are decoration. In the Catholic religion they anoint the chest and unbuttoning from the back of the outfit took a couple of extra seconds.

Outfit was very cute. Perfect for our 9 month old nephew. The material is this and somewhat see through so a plain white diaper is necessary or a white onesie underneath. Also, it would be chilly for a winter christening. It was perfect for the spring.

Fabric is not cotton and the baby was very hot in it. Also for a bit snug, glad we didn't have to have it on the baby for long

I originally ordered the 9 month size for my 7 month old twins who fit within the measurements on the size chart. The 9 month was tight on my average size boys. Luckily I had time to return and get the 12 month instead. At the time they wore these, they were wearing 9 month clothing from Carter's, and 6-9 month clothes from other brands. Even now, a month later they aren't in regular 12 month clothes yet.Despite the sizing differences, I LOVE the look of these outfits. They look so cute on and were perfect for warm weather climates! My boys wore white onesies underneath of them and they didn't really show. The hats are adorable, just be careful of the ribbon tie fraying a bit at the end if you wash it.

My son is 7 months and I purchased the 9 month and it fits perfectly. I also measured his waist as suggested and it fit right within the 9 month guideline.This outfit is so beautiful and so simple. Absolutely perfect for his baptism. The little bonnet is precious. I had to snap a few pictures right away when he tried it on.Definitely recommend this outfit :)

Thin, extremely thin. It was also a bit snug for my 12 mo old, who I would consider to be an average sized 12mo old little boy. I actually bought a suit to use instead. Definitely not worth the money.
