Q: Is this supposed to come sealed?

No. Even if you ordered it from the Aveda website it does not come sealed. I have used this for over 20 years and has never comed sealed. It is a Great shampoo.

Q: Does this help oily scalp? My scalp gets oily easily after a day of wash

Yes it does,it cleanses the scalp ad the hair well.
