How long is just the blade?

Blade is 4 5/8" long. Sharpened part is 4". Serrated back is 2 1/4"

does this come with 2 straps

I wasn't sure either so I ordered three kinds of knives. If the photo has two straps or the description says two straps, then the knife comes with straps. One knife that I ordered did not have straps in the photos or the descriptions and did not arrive with straps. The knives were inexpensive so, not a big deal. I figured that I could rig up some straps anyway. One of the knives only had one strap in the photo/description and only arrived with one strap. But these knives were about $10 each, so I did not get too worked up about it. Looking at the link, I would think this knife will not arrive with any straps. I can use the knife without a strap as a knife for fishing or on the boat. If you want straps, I would look for a photo/description that says two straps on the product. The straps are rubber, so I don't expect them to last a long time anyway. The rubber straps aren't that long so, you may need to get some nylon camping straps to use anyway.
