Gorenje ORK193C-L Freestanding Fridge Freezer -Cream

I was anxious spending so much money. I was told delivery would be one day when I was at work and after I paid for the fridge freezer an image popped up with a right hand hinge. The amazon image was left which was what I needed. This style cannot be swapped over. After concern I manage to phone bulldog appliances direct who were very helpful. Changed delivery date and assured right hand hinge. Delivery is on a palette and the delivery company won’t come into property so you have to sort help. Not easy when you live alone. When it did arrive there was a dent in the side. I phoned bulldog again. They were very helpful and told me not to sign for it. They promised another the next day after I was home from work at 4.30. At one pm I was teaching a class and the delivery man phoned to say he needed to deliver in 20 mins I was his last delivery he obviously wanted to go home. Agh! In fear of him taking it away and me being without a fridge freezer for another week I tried to organise a poor neighbour who helped out. The whole situation was quite stressful as I wanted to be there to check it over myself before signing for it. Fortunately all was ok and the fridge freezer is in great condition and fab. The price was the best on the market and bulldog were always very helpful. Their delivery company on the other hand was not great.
