We love it!
We are remolding our bathroom and added a pocket door, so we could not use a side wall mounted grab bar this was perfect. You do need reinforce your studs. It was no big deal for us because we were remodeling. I don't think I would trust just the drywall things.

Now handicap can visit.
Needed for my safety too. One is between shower and toilet (WC). Make sure you get at least the 30 inch. Added two inches with wood behind since no studs to nail into. If you do not have a grab bar on side wall by toilet, you need 2 pull downs bars. We ran 1"x6" to attach to three studs, then a couple of 1x6 vertical to screw the bars to.
