Used this to replace 2 Analog sticks with stick drift on an Xbox 360 controller. Dropped right in and worked great!

I picked up a couple of used xbox 360 controllers from goodwill and both left analog sticks were really loose. They were so loose the analog sticks wouldn't even re-center themselves after pushing them in any direction.I only replaced the actual stick itself since the potentionmeters rarely go bad. I re-used the oem potentionmeters that were in the controller.After replacement everything worked just fine. Stick was nice and tight with full range of movement.I don't know how well the green potentionmeters are since I snapped them off and used the oem parts.

This kit arrived with the tools and components needed to repair the wear and tear of an xbox 360 controller. I know you can bend away the tabs and just replace the x and y axis potentiometers, but that did not solve my stick drift. The joysticks as a whole should be desoldered and replaced.

It is effective as origina part at a easonable price.

The media could not be loaded. The price and the full kit is nice, and all the parts that came are fine quality wise.Everything fits perfectly.The sensitivity of the sticks is awful.If you don't mind the stick going full bore in 1 of 8 possible directions almost immediately it's not so bad.For my photo and video left is original and right is this kit.Edit, 2023/11/13:What I ended up doing was cleaning and re-using the housing from the original sensor, combined with the metal contact from the new sensor. It's just clipped in so its easy to swap with some tweezers. Put those on the new sticks and everything is working well. Not perfectly centered in calibration, but no noticable drift in games so definitely an improvement.

Just what I needed. I had to replace the controls on my 360 controller and this had everything I needed.

Picked this little thing up needing to change out my controller parts and things are good to go!
