Q: What is the size of the openeing? will a 2x2x2 ice cube fit in?

Not sure the size of the opening, but there is no trouble fitting multiple ice cubes into the glass. I have both sizes (Tumbler and Neat) and ice cubes fit in them just fine.

Q: Can be used for scotch?

I don't really drink scotch but ,I think you can use it for any drink. I think the double wall is to allow for less temperature change from your hands ( don't quote me on that).

Q: What is the liquid capacity of these glasses?

Not much, maybe 3 oz with ice or 4 oz. They are classy though. Really nice to drink from. Double wall insulated. Smooth glass to your lips.
