The "Missing Link" for Breastfed Babies – Way Better Value than Big Box Stores
If you are a breastfeeding parent using Dr. Brown’s bottles, do yourself a favor and skip the "Level 1" nipples that come with the bottles. We found that the Level 1 flow was actually way too fast for our newborn, leading to gasping and "lazy" feeding habits. These "T" (Transition) nipples are the perfect solution. Why I think these are a must-have: Preserves Breastfeeding: Because the flow is slightly slower than Level 1, it requires the baby to actively suck and stay in control of the pace. This helps prevent "flow preference" where the baby starts rejecting the breast in favor of the easier bottle. Better Value: I checked several local "big box" stores and this 6-pack is significantly cheaper than buying them in-store. It’s a great way to stock up without overpaying. If your newborn seems overwhelmed by the standard Level 1 nipple, try these first. They made paced bottle feeding much easier for us and kept our breastfeeding journey on track.

Great for newborns
These nipples are the only ones my baby doesn't choke on! They are very durable and built to last! They are slow drip nipples. They are the size between premie and 1s.

Good in between for infants
Good for when baby isn’t ready for a size one nipple but the premie nipple is taking too long or they’re getting frustrated with it. This 6 pack fits well and works fine. Easy to clean by hand or in bottle washer. Holding up well

Perfect for my baby who needs to be paced
These are the PERFECT flow! They fit perfectly in the narrow Dr browns 8oz and 4oz bottles. The nipples are thick and no fear of tearing

Perfect Flow
These are great for my 2 week old baby. The size 1 flow is to fast and the P is just to slow.

I’m really happy with these bottle nipples! The material feels soft and safe for my baby, and the flow rate is just right. They’re easy to clean and don’t wear out quickly like some others I’ve tried. My little one took to them right away with no fuss. Definitely a great buy, and I’ll be ordering more soon!

Wish I knew about the T Nipples sooner! If your baby seems to need a faster flow than NB but the #1 is too fast give these a try!!! My baby was getting frustrated about the NB nipples because the flow was so slow but when I used the #1 she would spit up and cough a lot so then I heard about the T nipples, they were a game changer!!!

I don’t know why they don’t sell these in store! I was given this nipple size for my baby at the nicu and couldn’t find them at a store, they work much better than the level one nipple as that was drowning my baby. Definitely recommend, and great value.

These made a big difference in my little one's comfort while feeding when we first brought her home. She was born a few weeks premature (just under 6lbs) and struggled with the Level 1 nipples, almost like she was drowning with them and couldn't keep up. We only used the level T's for a short period (maybe 4 weeks) but they really improved her feeding for that period and she was a lot more comfortable. Also helps that they sold super quick on marketplace when we were done with them. Would recommend trying if your baby is overwhelmed by the flow rate of Level 1s.
