Love how these lamps have saved my plants. I have been living in a home that has the sun travelling across the home from side to side. This means there is not enough light in the place to grow plants. The lamps have come along and saved them. I did have to move the lamps around and try the different settings to get things to a comfortable state Fir the plans. Highly recommend.

This light has made a noticeable difference to my indoor plants, especially during darker months. The adjustable arms are sturdy and easy to position, and the timer function is a real bonus. I bought this grow light as I had a group of plants, including a rather large Monstera in the corner of my living room that has unreliable natural light. Due to this grow light being on an extendable stand, with each light on a flexible arm, I am able to position it well to provide light to each individual plant. Not to mention, it is more versatile than the usual clip on grow lights as it can be adjusted as the plants grow.The reason I have gone with 4 stars over 5 stars, is that the stability of the stand itself is not the best. I find it can be a tad wobbly and depending on how you position the light arms, it can easily and quickly make the stand unbalanced. Ideally I would want to see a stand that is more sturdy so you can make the most use of each of the 4 lights being flexible.One thing I definitely can’t knock is the performance of the lights. Since setting this grow light up my 3 plants seem to be growing much faster, the calethea is even growing faster than it was when it got more natural light near the window. The best part is you can set this up anywhere, meaning you do not have to put all your plants near the window, which can cause them to be in a draft and holt their growth slightly. The lights, being led do not give off too much heat, which is also a benefit. Each individual light can also be turned off, meaning you can really adjust the settings to each plants individual needs. Plus the remote it comes with is very handy, alongside the timer feature. You truly can set it up and forget about it.Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase and I would definitely recommend this item and this brand of grow lights. The price is very fair and I believe this is a great purchase for any plant parent! I have multiple different grow lights in my home and would say this is certainly one of the best ones in terms of quality, price and functionality.

Having experimented growing my own fruit and veg from seed over the past 4 or 5 years, I've often struggled with seedlings grown on an East facing bedroom window sill due to the amount of sunlight available. I've achieved good germination rates due to having a radiator directly below the window sill but have often ended up with very leggy (tall) seedlings with a sparse leave structure (mainly tomato and chillies) that I have had to pot on burying much of the stem to strengthen them.However, this grow light is a game changer! Turn it on at 8am and set the 12 hour timer and leave it to work its magic. I've successfully grown some very bushy tomato plants and chillies so far. They are the best I've ever produced and have thick stems and a great root structure. This light has worked wonders in the early stages of growth so far. I can't wait to experiment with other varieties of fruit/veg and get them planted outside in my garden.The lights themselves are very sturdy and easily maneuvered into the position each light is needed with no drooping (as mentioned in reviews for other similar products). The timer is easy to operate and once set, turns itself on/off automatically with no further input needed. I'm using all 4 x lights on full power for 12 hours at a time but the controls allow you to use however many lights you need and at a variety of brightness levels for a selection of times.So far...perfect, I wouldn't hesitate to buy more or recommend them.

I bought these lights on a whim, before learning more about how much light plants need to grow. There are no PPFD/PAR measurements given on this product's page, and these measurements are important to measure how much light your plants are actually getting from the lights.Using the smartphone app "Photone" which is not as accurate as a proper light intensity reader, but is also free and accurate within a good degree of error, when all 4 lights were on and set to the "full spectrum" mode(?), the one where you have red, yellow and white LEDs on and ALL LEDs are working, I get a reading of about 80 PPFD about 3-4 inches from the lights when they are all pointing downwards. If you left the lights on for 12 hours, they'd provide a DLI of about 3.5, which is maybe enough to germinate and nurture early seedlings, but is absolutely not enough to support them on its own when they are bigger.If you're looking for a grow light that can function on its own, this isn't it. It could work nicely in addition to natural sunlight in your room, and for leafy houseplants alongside natural light it might keep them healthy, but if you're trying to grow flowering plants or looking to support a plant solely off this light with no natural light, this will not give great results.Can't fault the timer function as I've not tried it yet, and will be returning the product to search for one that is fit for purpose. The clip on attachment requires a bit of space on a countertop to clip on securely but seems strong. The plug socket does run hot and I'm not sure if there is a fuse included in it. I assume there is a fuse as this is required by UK law.
