I’ve tried countless eyeliners over the years but this one is hands down great for the price and size. It truly lives up to the hype — it glides on effortlessly with its precise felt-tip applicator, making winged liner almost foolproof (even on rushed mornings).The pigment is a deep, rich black that doesn’t fade, flake, or smudge — even after a full day of work, workouts, and summer humidity. It dries quickly and stays put all day long without transferring to my lids or under-eyes. As someone with oily lids and watery eyes, that’s a rare win.Plus, the waterproof claim? Totally legit. I’ve cried, sweated, and even gotten caught in the rain — and this liner didn’t budge.The only small downside is that you’ll need a good makeup remover (an oil-based one works best), but that’s a small trade-off for the staying power it delivers.If you’re hunting for a reliable, long-lasting eyeliner that won’t let you down, this is the one.

Probably my favorite liner! Goes on easily, holds a line, stays with me all day. Black or cobalt are my favorites. The price is actually pretty fair for what it is and for the brand. What’s my real opinion of it? It’s on my subscribe and save that should tell you everything you need to know lol

This is my favorite pencil, waterproof however this pencil does not sharpen well you waste a lot , think it might be the seller this time. It seemed softer and the pencil wasn't consistent to sharpen. I have never had this issue with this pencil before. This is why I gave it 4 stars this time.

It's very hard to find kohl substitutes as kohl was removed from the market in our country. This is a great substitute for those with a medium and dark complexity who want the Smokey kohl look. On very pearly light skin color this is too dark and smudgy unless you are going for a goth look. It goes on smooth, lasts the day and it smudges well for the right look. Does it come in blue?

Love how it stays on and fiesnt smudge all day. Water proof in my opinion I've never had it smudge off that's why I love it. However it's gone after a few uses and sharpening didn't work. So $4 for 4 wears??? I started looking for a longer lasting pencil to use.

Nicest eyeliner made. It's automatic, no shimmer its flat. It looks great and goes on nice and dark. The color is solid black love it! It's easy to use and can be removed easy, but it only comes off when you want it to. Does last overnight or for a couple of days if you want.

This review is for Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof and Rimmel Scandaleyes waterproof Kohl Kajal Liner. The only difference between the two is that the first one you have to use a sharpener and the second is retractable. I RECOMMEND 100% both and this is why: I use liners to my waterline I have oily skin and sensitive eyes hence need eyeliners to be extremely waterproof and non irritating. I have bought and tested so many brands throughout the years and the first Great liner that I found was Urban Decay 24 which I loved for many years because is great but the color is not very pigmented and is pricey for someone who use eyeliner every single day and you CAN'T stock up this kind of liners when is on sale because it dries up and becomes useless, then I found Milany Liquid Eye pencils which would never ever smudge even if you cry for hours your eyeliner will be intact is incredible and is the most pigmented eyeliner ever and I was amazed how cheap it was (around $5) but it irritated my eyes a little bit and was extremely difficult to remove and also started getting more expensive now is around $10... still cheap for the quality. Now to what is IMPORTANT, Rimmel waterproof pencils! WOW!!! really at $3.50 and $4.50 I can't believe the price and is because the quality is so superior among all all aaall brands I have tried. Doesn't irritate my eyes even wearing it for 10 hours, I read reviews that say it smudges and is not waterproof and the secret to any waterproof eyeliner to stay put is first, your eyes have to be COMPLETELY CLEAN and dry (NO OILY MOISTURIZER IN THIS AREA! this is the major mistake made by most people), second, APPLY IT and let it dry at least for 30 seconds, when used for WATERLINE I just tilt my head toward the sealing a little bit and when in a rush I vent it with my hand to dry it faster . for the UPPER EYELID and specially for HOODED EYES apply and either look down or hold your eyelid until it dries. For EXTREMELY OILY EYELID, apply eyeliner then apply an black eye-shadow on top DABBING IT DO NOT DRAG IT with the eye shadow brush OPTIONAL apply once more if necessary and let it dry. MY TECHNIQUE DOESN'T FAIL WHATSOEVER (try until mastering this techniques) Trust me I'm a makeup artist with a very oily eyelid and sensitive eyes.
