Been using it for 2 months now. Taking 1 pill 5x a week. I am mature and intelligent and introspective enough to know myself and I can tell you this without embellishments: My memory/focus improved at least 20-30% since. I chose this brand from research on various national brands. I found that I like the quality control of this brand better than others. I'm using it for both mood, and cognitive function as well as immune system support. It also helps with any inflammation issues I may experience.

My husband wanted to get some lions mane for him and myself to help us with many things one being our energy level, when using this I have found my energy level was definitely higher and I had a fair amount of energy for longer, I also could think more clearly and my memory works better. It helps me very much and it seems to help him just as much. We both suffer from anxiety/panic disorder and depression. These also help with that as I noticed I had less moments where I was thrown into a anxiety or panic attack as well as my depression level dropped significantly. I seemed less worried and more focused as well. I recommend these to anyone who wants to improve in these areas. Theee work great the only thing for me is they are on the bigger side when it comes to size and I have a hard time swallowing bigger pills but I’m ok as long as I swallow them one at a time each time taking a bigger drink to make sure I have no issue with getting the capsule the whole way down without feeling like it got stuck. If you are thinking these may help you then give them a try. I def don’t regret my decision to buy them.

Great find

I have been taking these for about a week now and haven't noticed much of a difference yet, I will edit this when/if I do. The reason I am writing this review is to say that if you are sensitive to taste then these might not be for you. The taste is very... Well you know mushrooms are fungi, so yeah... To me they taste like JUST THE MOLD part of blue cheese, that is the best way I can describe it. You definitely know you are swallowing a fungus is all I am trying to say. It isn't so off putting that I myself would stop taking them though. Edit: I never felt any positive or negative from these, from this specific brand. At the recommendation of someone else, I purchased a different brand and have had great results. So I am not sure what would cause that, but it is what it is.

As I got older I noticed slower cognitive function but I've been taking these for two years now and almost immediately felt an improvement. It's part of getting older and I'll fight it to the end.

El primero efecto que note a las primeras 2 capsulas diarias fue en minutos capacidad de atencion mejorada, disminuyo la fatiga o pereza, el cerebro se sintio mas enfocado, aunque no te da mas capacidad para realizar destrezas , tampoco mejor memoria, ni destreza para resolver problemas, solo ayuda a cursar el diario sin estar tan fatigado.

Desafortunadamente no leí antes todos los comentarios de otros compradores. Al recibirlo abrí una de las capsulas y el contenido tiene sabor a grano de café molido y cocoa en polvo. El contenido de las capsulas es café obscuro propio de ambos ingredientes, es un fraude, no lo compren, y debido a la naturaleza del producto no es posible devolverlo.
