Revised September 8, 2019 Replacement lamp was promptly shipped, arrived packaged much more nicely and is working. Very pretty lamp for the price, and LampsPlus stepped up. Revised September 2, 2019 First, this is a gorgeous product and am willing to try again with a replacement. Sent back via Federal Express on August 22nd and looks like it will be awhile to get the replacement from Lamps Plus. If you want to return a damaged product know you will have to wait a long time for Customer Service to pick up. You will have to call them to get the "redemption" number to put on return label. May be a staffing issue, but 1/2 hour is what I went through twice. Once you get someone, they are very professional. Seems they take a week to inspect the item, then very slow shipping. Wish me luck. Leave for the Big Island 9/16 and have no clue if it will arrive before then. Will update. Opened my front door this morning to see the big box my lamp was packaged in. Very excited brought it in, made a cup of coffee, and opened the box. Very impressed with the packaging, and the assembly was very easy. Plugging it in after screwing in a light bulb my mouth literally dropped open when nothing happened. Off to another outlet, another light bulb. Nothing. This is not rocket science, must just be a manufacturing glitch but I am so let down by Lamp's Plus :(

This lamp is very pretty & decorative without breaking the bank. The base is very sturdy, which is something I was also looking for in a lamp. Between cats, dogs & teenagers, it was a necessity! I’ve had prior floor lamps where the base wasn’t as wide and the lamp was very tipsy. So far, it’s working as intended and the color of the shade does not impede the light in any way. I’m using an LED 75 watt warm light bulb. It’s cozy & illuminates my living space.

Love this lamp! Well packaged and arrived on time or even a little early. The lamp goes together easily. The bottom of the lamp is heavy enough to keep from tipping over easily. The finish has a true vintage antique look. I put a different shade on it. I had another shade I liked better so I swapped them out which looked perfect on both lamps. I also ordered the table lamp. When it arrived I saw that it was to small for my end table. I called the phone number for Lamps Plus. A lady by the name of Atanya answered and was just wonderful. I told her that the lamp was to small and she told me that there was another larger size. The measurement was ideal and I was able to order through her. You will love this lamp and I recommend it highly.

Love the look, packaging was great, and quick delivery. Very easy to put together. I wish it had one more section to attach to make it a little taller. Overall, as expected and pretty! I knew purchasing this that I was going to use a different lampshade. Only issue I had is that it's listed as an E 26 fitting, but looks like an E 24 on the actual piece. I thought it would fit the lampshade I have, but unfortunately it had to create a makeshift piece to get it to work with the lamp harp. I could also buy a separate adapter to have it fit lower, but again I wish it was taller. Would be willing to order again in the future if I need another matching one.

Beautiful lamp, sturdy, solid construction. Looks more expensive than it is. Worth the extra money for this lamp. I have bought cheaper floor lamps that did not last, or that were crooked, etc. This is a beautiful quality piece for any decor.
